I have stayed at many motels in Spokane. This one is by far the best. I have never had a bad experience. The price is great. The staff is excellent. The rooms are clean. The motel is older and a little worn but to have great experience it is worth it. I have stayed at newer places and had bad experiences.

Not a very nice area. Sink was clog, I told receptionist girl at front desk, she told me she will send someone never showed up, Sunday morning no breakfast, they told me cook was off.

My only concern was the dining area on the 5th floor was extremely beyond overly warm, I was unable to stay in the room long enough to pour a coffee. Once you step off the elevator you are hit with a wave of extreme heat.

It is an older property that could use some attention. It is quiet and convenient although the neighborhood is commercial. The staff at each of my several stays here is always efficient, pleasant and helpful—as good or better than many much more expensive chains.
