Do not stay here. They do not change sheets or any bedding. My room had bedding that was filthy with unsanitary dried crusty stains. When I asked them to change the bedding and sheets, I was told to come to the front desk and pick up bedding to do it myself. Reached out to Expedia for help. Expedia explicitly told me to leave immediately for a full refund, which I did. I have been issued no refund due to the property not responding. Scam. Stay at your own risk.

Go there and noticed a sign says pool and spa closed. The pool is the reason we booked this hotel. Got to our room and the toilet wouldn't flush and room was just dark and dingy l. They had us plung the toilet before offering us a room change. New room was better however discovered cockroach on the wall. Won't be coming back and won't be recommending this place either.

Contenential breakfast was terrible. The breakfast staff were un helpful. They did not have any milk for the kids cereal, the muffins were beyond stale and hard, coffee was hot water. The pool advertised was closed. Location in an industrial area, lots of "foot traffic" around.

The original room we were given was not cleaned. The bedding was all piled on the desk in the room. And the bathroom was dirty.

Quick and easy check in process. Lots of parking on site. Hotel is older and would benefit from remodel at some point. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Bath could use a deep cleaning - grout lines were black with grime and tub was stained. Breakfast was okay. Coffee not too bad for a hotel. Hot tub was working and nice and hot. Jets were super enthusiastic. Would stay again if in the area. Room was really quiet.

The hotel is in need of updating. We stayed here 2 years ago and there have been no updates since. The pool was cold, the hot tub was pumping ice cold water. The breakfast was limited and subpar at best. There is no housekeeping for a couple night stay, but the front desk has no supplies to get extra towels or shampoo from either. The shower was a trickle, with warm water and no pressure. We heard the hotel was sold, hopefully the new owners will make the necessary improvements. Its in a sketchy neighborhood as well. Lots of homeless and garbage on the roads.
