This hotel is right off the highway and super close to the busy road. The front lobby (which doubles as the breakfast room) feels like it’s on top of traffic. The hote looks a little rundown but overall it was clean and I felt ok being there. Not as safe as some property locations make me feel but I am a woman traveling alone with 2 teen daughters and a younger son so I’m a little wary. The only staff we saw or interacted with were at check in and check out and they were efficient and did their job. The hotel fit the bill for what I wanted to pay for simply a place to sleep overnight on our way to somewhere else but if I was staying longer I’d probably pick a different location just bc of the busy-ness of the location.

The room we started in did not looked like they cleaned it. There was no wifi in the room and the shower drain was backed up. These issues were brought forward to staff on the first night of three and nothing was done about it

The room was filthy. The manager gave us the cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves and five other families had the same experience and the manager refuses to refund any of the money for the stay. I slept with no blanket for three days because they forgot to give me one when I asked, and when they finally did give me one, it was filthy. It was the worst experience and we will never go back when we mopped the mop water was almost black. We had a strip all the beds, had to clean the fridge we had to clean everything .

The staff were nice but the room was disgusting.
Check in was fast, front desk staff was pleasant. The room was not at all what the pictures showed. The sheets seemed clean although heavily stained, the floors were filthy and piles of dirty and hair in the corner. The couch and pull out bed was ripped, soiled and stained... the owners of this hotel and Ramada chain should be embarrassed.

I do not recommend this property to anybody. I left the property one day before the end of my reservation because I couldn’t sleep properly for the previous two days because of constant footsteps from the room above……. The first room that I got was with blood stain in one bed and the other with dirt from dirty shoes, mucous in the wall of the bathroom, the table for the microwave brook, and the carper dirty as well……… I asked to be transferred to a different room where the tile of the floor had gaps in between with garbage, the bathroom was in horrible condition with baseboards coming off and as very hard to fully open and close the shower hose. The surround of the room was very dirty and the ceiling with dust all over. The room had an unpleasant odor…… Free breakfast, but the toaster was broken, tables and shares were very uncomfortable and dirty most of the time, the area was too small for people in the area. Staff didn’t care about keeping the area clean for others to utility the same tables………

Our room was filthy upon arrival with a horrible odor. When I asked for a clean room, the front clerk told me they were full and all they could do was offer me some rags for me to clean it. This place should not be running under these conditions.

Our room was quite dirty. We did not mention it as we had been on the road for 13+ hours but was quite dissapointed by the cleanliness. Also several broken/abandoned cars in the lot.

Worst night ever!!!
Our room was awful! So dirty and unsanitary…we had to request all new sheets and blankets and used the dirty ones to walk on as the floor was not clean (had actual chunks of stuff on the floors of bedrooms), the walls were dirty, refrigerator dirty, bathroom was dirty, sheets were dirty, the couches and chairs were stained we had to put sheets over just to sit on. It was beyond disgusting…we were calling other hotels at midnight to try to find another place to stay and if our kids hadn’t already had a 10 hour trip and passed out, we probably would have driven the 40 more minutes to a new place. We cancelled the last two nights to find another place. It was unbearable. I can handle outdated, but this place was not sanitary!!

This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in, when I arrived to my room, my restroom was very dirty, it had less than one fourth of toilet paper, we were 4 people and the room only had two towels, my room never got cleaned up even when I asked for it. I would never stay at this hotel again.

I’m staying at the ramada in Spokane Valley! We checked in on the first upon arrival our room was filthy, not swept, dirty sheets, dirty walls, dirty couch, dirty everything! This was the grossest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The manager Ryan was very unhelpful and unapologetic saying there’s nothing he can do for us. The only option was for us to go find somewhere else to be. He offered us cleaning supplies so we could clean our own hotel room. I want to be compensated for my times, been cleaning and disinfecting your hotel room! This is our family vacation and it is not a comfortable place to stay in! We booked through Expedia and as advertised you had a pool. There is no pool here.
