Experience the charm of our spacious home nestled in Spokane's South Hill, a stone's throw from downtown, green parks, diverse restaurants, and authentic breweries. Our unique feature - a theater room with a selection of movies - is a hit amongst guests. The home includes four inviting bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and vast common spaces for dining. The lower level houses a wine and game room for extra fun. We've accommodated extra guests with four additional beds to ensure guest comfort.
The Space:
This home is an entertainer's dream, and we're certain you'll enjoy it during your stay in Spokane!
You'll enter the front door into a nearly-seamless sitting room with fireplace, bar seating and chef's kitchen. Just off the sitting room is a living room with large TV cabinet and movies for viewing during your stay. The TV room has a sleeper sofa available. And just off the kitchen and TV room is the dining room with seating for 6, and additional chairs and a leaf extension in a nearby closet. There are 2 bedrooms on this level, one with queen bed and 1 common full bathroom with USB charging stations in every bedroom. The primary bedroom, also on this level, offers a king size bed, en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, beautiful tiled bath/shower, private toilet, and walk-in closet.
In the kitchen, you'll find basic oils and spices, silverware, dinnerware, and enough serving dishes and pans to cook for up to 14 people, a drip coffee maker and coffee, a Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, wine glasses and optional wine. And, of course, popcorn! -- Because who has a theater room without popcorn?!
Downstairs you'll find our theater room with an electric fireplace, and theater seating for 6, movies for your viewing pleasure, board games, and instructions for use of the theater system.
Adjacent the theater room is the Wine Room, with wine barrel tables and seating, a foosball table and queen-size Murphy Bed. The room has a door for privacy and is listed as bedroom #5 but includes the games. (Murphy bed is set up. PLEASE let us know if you expect to not use the Murphy bed. It can be somewhat tricky to put back together. To spare any headaches, we'd prefer to close it up for you.)
You'll also find 1 queen bedroom with a day bed and trundle for additional guest needs, 1 king bedroom, and an additional common bathroom with toilet and shower-only (no bath downstairs). Just outside this bathroom, though, the owner has built a beautiful makeup counter with backlit mirror and chair for getting ready for any special event or date night!
Our laundry room is downstairs, where we offer laundry detergent for use during your stay. Extra (non-white) towels are provided for our guests with recently tinted or bleached hair, sunless tans, or any accidental spills. We offer optional mattress toppers for accessory beds/sofa bed/murphy bed.
Step outside the side door and towards the rear of the home to find a BBQ on the covered patio, perfect for enjoying balmy summer evenings. Parking won't be an issue with our spacious 3-car garage, should you choose to utilize it. Please note, we have a small backyard which is not fenced and unfortunately, pets are not permitted at our property.
Relish in our outdoor space, complemented by a BBQ grill, creating an ideal setting for relaxing evenings. We provide fresh coffee to start your day on a bright note. With our prime location, you'll be near everything you could need during your stay, ensuring a comfortable and delightful experience.

We do have a recording devices on the outside of the home for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street. The side cameras are overhead at each side door and faces the alley. The garage has a camera overhead at the car entry doors, and faces the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
Spring 2024, the neighbors have begun construction on an exterior garage. They observe quiet hours and will be working on this garage during the days. It shouldn't affect your stay, but we wanted you to know in advance of booking, anyway.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home and the garage.

Other Things to Note:
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
