Back Country Barn special event venue is located off the beaten path in a peaceful neighborhood in the small town of Spring City, Utah. Spring City is nestled at the base of Horseshoe Mtn. Its perfect for your next event: Family reunion, weddings reception, graduation party, birthday party and more.
The Barn has 8 twin beds, 3 queen beds, 2 large couches a spacious kitchen with a breakfast bar. Large event have access to tables and chairs can accommodate a large group up to 60 people
The space to rent.
This is an entire space listing, meaning that you have your own kitchen/dinning, living room, bathroom and bedrooms. You don't share any private space with anyone.
The barn sleeps up to 16 people( price will reflect guest count) and no more then 16 guest enter the property at any time unless we are notified of extra guest or an event.)
Break down of rooms and sleeping capacity:
Bedroom one: Downstairs sleeps 2 ( Queen bed with plenty of dresser space to store your apparel/belongings.)
Bedroom two: Downstairs sleeps 2 ( Queen bed with plenty of dresser space to store your apparel/belonging.)
The loft: Upstairs sleeps 8- 10 ( 8 Twin beds and one Queen bed)
Two additional large couches will accommodate for even more sleeping arrangements. The barn has plenty of closet and storage space throughout for storing your belongings. The barn includes 3 toilets and 2 showers.
The loft has great birds eye views of the rest of the interior home with a ping-pong table and tv ( perfect spot for a DJ setup.)
The kitchen is simple, spacious and clean. It is stocked with what you need to cook. The kitchen has a coffee maker with coffee, fridge, microwave, stove, oven and toaster.
The Barn has a spacious with grass and is perfect for event of all types. The concrete patio in the front of the barn is great for party's or enjoying a nice day.
The Barn has 2 TV's, PA system, Movie screen, Keyboard and a BBQ for our guest to use.
Guest access
Parking is available in front of the barn as well as on the street without blocking the driveways of any current residents.
Other things to note
Guest who comes for an event, you will need to haul away their own garbage ( no commercial garbage service at this property). They will agree to keep the place in as close to the condition as it was found upon arrival. we will take a deposit for damages. We will refund the deposit for damages if there is not report of any damages and the property is left in the same condition that it was found at arrival.
