Our room was beautiful - a large 2 room junior suite located next to green grass for our senior dog. Bath had a lovely rain shower. Decor was excellent. We saw 2 deer during our stay wandering in the back and we had views (outside) of red rock! Only downsides were minimal - only 1 TV controller for 2 TVs despite several requests (only to be told there wasn't one available) We tried calling the front desk but after multiple attempts to reach them - I had to walk down to actually talk to them. Only 1 person at the front desk. The fridge froze our food (we thought the setting was automatic and it isn't) Breakfast was basic but I had just left a hotel that had an omelet chef - yum! Would stay again but may try another comparable hotel just for comparison.

Let's get this out of the way first, the breakfast was just awful; quality, options and presentation are terrible. They are currently doing lobby renovations, but that is not a sufficient excuse. Everything else exceeds expectations. This property is new/newly renovated, the rooms are in great condition with updated finishes. The pool area is also excellent. The views are spectacular and the access to Zion via the Springdale shuttle is very convenient.

It was too noisy. You can hear everything the neighbors are doing. We were walked up from noise at 5:30 AM. At the end the hotel charged me $15 parking fee without notice.
