The Hotel was very comfortable and clean. I will say that I was disappointed that I had to interact with a screen in the morning. I think the hotel has lost the personal face to face!

The pool went up to 8ft which was awesome. And the hotel employees were great. But our first room had blood under the bathroom sink. We were promptly placed in another room which was clean, but that room had a hole in the wall near the bed with electrical wires hanging.

The first night was good, but the second night there was a terrible smell in the whole hotel, the front desk person told everyone that it was ok, but around midnight the fire alarm went off, everyone out in pijamas, fire department came and said everything was ok, yet the terrible smell was everywhere now, even inside the rooms and with that we where asked to go to sleep. WHAT A TERRIBLE NIGHT, I couldn’t sleep.

Going great until Fire Alarms went off at 11.45 pm. We had to evacuate. building from sleep have dressed sitting on grass. Didn't get back in until 12.20 am. Noise, fire trucks and Firemen until after 1:00 am next day. Unable to get back to sleep, people in and out, doors shutting at all hours.

Upon check in the lobby was filled with people complaining a burning smell coming from the elevators. Was then told our room was on the 5th floor. I had a small child and did not want to get stuck up there so they changed my room to a double and told me the fire marshall had been called and everything would be ok. A little after 11 that night the fire alarm goes off. Not a good night and no one would tell us what the burning smell was from.

The shower valve was extremely difficult to turn on and off. The cartridge needs to be removed and greased.The water in the toilet bowl was very high and when sitting on it, you actually touched it. 😳 Besides those two issues, it was a very pleasant stay.
