Property advertises that it has a pool and hot tub. Hot tub was drained because it is broken. The pool was way too cold to swim in. The pool room was dirty. Beds were hard as rocks. Next time I will spend a little more money to get a better hotel.

I called a week before my stay to make sure there was a hot tub and an indoor heated pool. The hot tub had no water in it, and the pool was ice cold/heater broken. The room had a horrible odor. Dont recommend.

Donā€™t waste your money!

After booking this hotel for its amenities, I drove 5 hrs to find that their hot tub was not working and the pool wasnā€™t heated due to an issue they were having. These things need to be disclosed when people are booking rooms. I wouldā€™ve booked elsewhere had I known these issues. Super disappointed that I wasted money when I really needed the amenities they didnā€™t have but claimed to offer.

I rented this hotel because of the indoor pool and the pool was horrible looking, looked as if they had just added chemicals and had what appeared to be vomit floating in it as well. Breakfast was just average. Also looked as if the room was only surface cleaned because there was tons of dust behind the chair and in the bathroom there was paint bubbling away from the wall. This location is not safe due to all of the houseless people beging for money and wandering around.

Staff was very friendly, not having the spa tub or a clean pool was an extreme bummer. Breakfast was nice. Would be very helpful to have a notice ahead of time if the hot tub is out of use.

It was a nice place to stay. There were a few little things that bothered us, the shower head needed to be replaced, and the electrical outlets needed to work. The breakfast was great!

The staff here is amazing. We forgot and left our kids cups in the fridge in our room. We called the property and they said they would save them for us to pick up on our trip home the following week. We returned to the property and they still had the cups and had even washed them out for us. We will be staying here again in the future!

Awesome front desk manager

We had a pretty good stay. The boys had fun in the pool even though we wish the hot tub was working. The front desk manager was absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

When i arrived was told their was no availability even though i had booked through expedia. Expedia called them and they just happened to have someone cancel in that 10 minutes. I had booked a two queen room and was given a double bed room. The hotel refused to compensate. Expedia did great though and did compensate. They only had instant coffee for breakfast and the hot tub is not working. There was limited parking near the entrances to the hotel.

Our refrigerator in our room didnā€™t work. The hot tub was drained and the ā€œheatedā€ pool was ICE cold. Ended up going to a family members hotel to swim. Breakfast was not the best. Ran out of stuff by 8 am. Paint chipping and floors dirty. The sprinkler in our room was half way hanging out. Half the lights on our room didnā€™t work. Only certain buttons on tv worked. We saw the same trash on the ground in the hallways our entire day. very disappointed in this hotel.
