When we checked in they didn’t have the room we booked. The front desk lady was very nice and apologized and upgraded our room at no additional charge. The couch had stains all over it. The pull out mattress was basically like sleeping on the springs, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The bed mattress was rock hard and incredibly uncomfortable. We were going to let our kids go swimming in the pool but the water was disgusting. It was so dirty you couldn’t see the bottom step of the ladder going into the shallow end of the pool!

Friendly staff but older hotel
This is an older hotel, the lobby is updated but the pool and rooms need work. The hot tub didn't appear to be functioning properly. Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly. Location was great for highway access, close to downtown Springfield and all the attractions.

Nice stay
We were only there for an overnight after a game. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Room was great. Breakfast are was very good. Friendly staff and they kept it well stocked.
