Overall would not stay here again. The building is nice and clean but there were definitely corners cut when building. Our bathroom door was a barnyard door that didn’t close all the way leaving a one inch peep crack. The air conditioner blower broke halfway during through our trip. Faucets continued to run after shutoff. The staff were very reluctant to go the extra mile and often operated out of a default skepticism and doubt the customer before believing them. Hospitality needs a major overhaul here. When we had a DoorDash delivered and they tried to call our room the phone didn’t work when we tried to pick it up. We sent our son down and the concierge was visibly annoyed and rude to him stating she tried to call several times. There is nothing within walking distance of the hotel either of any value other than a gas station across the street. Won’t be staying here again. Very disappointed.
