I didn't like the fact I had no toiletries in room 304 ten sheets left on a roll and no extra my sister asked for a wash towel and they couldn't give her a extra wash cloth for her room I don't think they ever cleaned the stairwells, sorry but will not be a repeat customer

We checked in ablut 10 pm. The outside if the hotel was decent. The front attendant was very pleasant. The room was adequately clean. The kitchenette area was a little lacking in cleanliness. The bed appearred clean and the rest of the room/bathroom was fine. I would stay again. The price was fair.

We stood at the check in desk for over 20 minutes before anyone showed up to check us in. The man who check us in was good but you could tell he did not want to be there and made us feel like an inconvenience. We left to go out with some friends and came back to the hotel around midnight… the doors were locked and we tried to use our key to get in and it wouldn’t work so we used the phone as instructed and no one would answer… it just kept saying the front desk was closed and the line would disconnect. Not having someone at the front desk is really inconvenient for guest. After about 45 minutes we were able to get into the building and into our room. There wasn’t even any hand soap to wash your hands with in the room. The faucet on the bathtub, bathroom sink and kitchenette sink all dripped… all night long. Then the sinks wouldn’t drain so there was just standing water in the tub and sinks… but guess what… there is no one at the front desk to report any of these issues to so we just had to deal with it. to say I am disappointed in this stay is an understatement.

I checked in at 8:30pm on a Saturday night. The room was decent. A bit outdated as far as pug ins. The floor was clean (laminated) overall the room was decent. The hotel smelled like marijuana. After getting settled in my room the room above me was making horrific sounds. It sounded like kids jumping off the bed and running in the room. I am assuming due to laminate floor the sound barrier is not very good. But I called the front desk. The guy was nice he came to the room and said he would go upstairs and ask them to quiet down. He also said he would be getting off at 10 which was in 15 minutes. He failed to tell me there would be no one at the desk or on the property if I needed something. The kids finally settled down around 11:45pm. And yep they were back up at 6am the next morning. I had full intentions of expressing my concerns when I checked out. Little to my surprise there was no front attendant from 10pm to 11am. Check out is 11. So if I wanted to wait around I could have. I ended up taking a video and you can hear the ceiling cracking every time the kids ran across the floor above me. Not a good night for sure!
