The hotel is a very stylish boutique hotel in the heart of Springfield MO. Great character, exceptional service, terrific menu and extensive bar. Highly recommend!

Very nice boutique hotel located in a historic downtown masonic bldg. The room was clean and sleekly furnished; it had a super high ceiling and a large bathroom. Wonderful bar and lobby. Didnā€™t try the restaurant (it was booked for the night). Staff was extra friendly and accomodating. Would stay here again! Parking was free but the lot felt a bit unsecure. Neighborhood is walkable, near the Springfield Museum and several cozy bars and eateries. The hotel is 1.6 miles from the historic (and spoooky) Commercial District which has fun stores and unique eating places, including the oldest tavern in Springfield.

The room was not very clean. There was an unknown sticky appearing fluid in the bedside drawer, brown splashes on the wall near the trash and some debris on the floor near the edges of the room in places. The bathroom and bed were clean with fresh linens. This was a disappointment overall for obvious reasons since I booked this specifically at the higher price point expecting to have a clean, fresh hotel to stay in for my work trip.

When we first came into room the mini fridge had a Gatorade from a previous guest inside of it. We tried using the valet however every time there was no one there to receive our vehicle after waiting several minutes, we parked elsewhere.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay here . It was so perfectly located in downtown Springfield with everything within walking distance . The staff were incredible with their suggestions, the room was super clean and comfortable and the food was nice too!!! I would definitely stay again and again!!!
