This was my second stay here. Staff is outstanding. I like that they take time to talk you and listen. Lobby bar is nice but really needs a TV other than Marriott TV, people don’t want to watch that. I also like how easy it is to control the room temperature and fan. Issues are still the same. Rooms are dirty with cheap finishes. Vinyl ribbed floor is just gross and sticky, bad choice since it’s tough to clean. Shower was also very dirty and stained. Bathroom floor is gross. Probably won’t stay here again until they resolve this.

Great hotel, very unique property; however, when we returned to our room after dinner, we had absolutely no hot water, not even warm water for showers. We talked to the staff who said they were aware and were working to resolve the issue. The next morning, again no hot water. Absolutely freezing cold showers. We again let staff know, who seemed very uninterested in our issue not offering even an apology let alone any compensation. Unfortunately we will not stay there again.

The bartenders and other staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the lack of hot water all four days of my stay. The hotel has a great energy and I would stay again but really only for a two day visit as the rooms are not set up for a longer stay. I am hoping the hot water situation is not ongoing or it would be hard to stay again.

Great location. Clean and pretty. Staff is friendly and helpful. However, room is small. The shower was ice cold. No hot water at all even after 15-20 minutes of running. Sink was cold too. Nothing extra in room. No refridge, no microwave. Not even a coffee pot or tea bags! We got charged 10$ for parking although we were in the lot less than 12 hours total. We were not told that the parking would cost us until afterwards. We also got a mystery $20 charge for something else, not sure what? Next time we will stay elsewhere. The rooftop bar is nice but we won't stay at the hotel.

Decent place, reserved a room with a queen bed and received a room with 2 twin beds set up sideways like a studio apartment. Weird but I guess ok. Bathing and shower were nice but cheaper finishes and flooring which was sticky. The window facing the parking lot was really bright at night due to outdoor lighting, I was unable to black it out. The bars were very nice but not able to watch any other than the Marriot TV which was annoying because the baseball playoffs and Thursday night football were on. Staff was excellent everywhere I went. Parking was easy. Probably stay here again if a few things get ironed out.

Had a smooth and easy checkin and staff were very helpful, great area within walking distance of all the bars and restaurants, roof top bar was amazing and would highly recommend a visit. Room was on the small side but very nice.

This hotel is recently opened. My room was modern & had some nice features - unfortunately there was only one small camp-stool to sit on other than the bed, and no place to put my travel things other than on the floor. I'm sure they'll get these things straightened out...

I don’t normally write reviews but this property really is sub par. It’s really cheaply finished out and that goes for the whole property. Everything from the barstools to the decor the fixtures in the bathrooms you get the feel that the designers bought the cheapest thing they could find that looked somewhat modern off Amazon. The whole check in process at the bar is just weird also and the rooms are really small. The floor in the bar area looked like it had never been swept the entire two months that they’ve been open. I hate to give a bad review but I’m just being completely honest.

Was a nice property in a small downtown setting. Renovated bank building was nice use of the space. Showers were good but left plenty of water on the floor which was a surprise. The breakfast was delicious and was not traditional. I would recommend for anyone visiting Springfield, MO.
