Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Area was within walking distance to Starbucks, and mass mutual. The only downside was after a 2 1/2 hr drive, once we arrived to the room, the toilet was broken and there were no bags in the trash.

Constant door slamming, elevators right outside of the room making noise. Had to park across the street and walk. Have to pay extra for late check out if you want it. Just not nearly worth the pricetag for the mediocre room. We could have stayed at a red roof for a third of the price and the conditions would have been the same.

Parking lot was full, no safe alternatives provided; only one elevator was functioning; floor 7 had no ice machine; kids running rampant throughout who were supposed to be attending a NYTRA program.
