Service was very helpful. Breakfast was good. First room had cigarette smoke smell . We’re moved to another room on top floor that was musty. Could see obvious water damage on ceiling, molding and walls. Pool was shut down. Needs lots of repair and upgrades.

7 story hotel with elevator sometimes not working
The last two (2) times I have stayed at this hotel, the elevators were not working one of the mornings. This required me to walk down 5 flight of stairs. I raised the issue to the desk, but really they didn't know what was wrong. Luckily it only happened mid-stay. It worked the day I checked out, so didn't need to carry luggage down stairs.
