Stay at the Georgia Lakehouse on Lake Champlain
We loved this property. We were a group of six and used all the bedrooms. We also had a larger group (10) for a family dinner. The house accommodated us just fine. Great kitchen and living spaces. Phenomenal view and location. Truly peaceful, beautiful and a great space. Jeff was a great host and came up to the house when we needed help. Our visit there could not have gone better.

The home and grounds of this amazing home were superb. It was comfortable, roomy and had the most incredible views. We enjoyed spending time as a family and thank our host for an easy check in and stay. This property has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We would love to come back, even make this a yearly family destination. It was the best!!

Property was beautiful
The property and view was beautiful! We had a wonderful time. There are two reasons why I could not give this a full five stars. One is that the property manager showed up unannounced one morning. A heads up would have been nice! The second reason is that everyday we were there at least one random car would drive up the driveway and turn around. Other then that everything was great!!

We had a really nice stay at this gorgeous property. There's a lot of space, the house was super clean when we arrived and the views are breathtaking no matter where you're standing. There's a small dock about a 10 min walk/2 min drive from the home that guests have access to, along with two kayaks and a paddle board. The property manager was helpful and lives next door. Note that the room with three beds is best for small kids. Highly recommend drinks on the back lawn at sunset and Bob's Meat Market nearby for dinners (the house has a grill). Stowe and Burlington are easily accessible and a lot of fun for day trips.

Lovely getaway
We went up for a trip with some friends to unwind and hang out. It was a beautiful house with a fantastic view! Super spacious and fit all 11 of us comfortably. We’ve stayed in multiple places over the years as a group, always upfront about our ages and intentions. We’re in our mid to late 20s. The only reason I couldn’t give it the full 5 stars is because the 2nd day into our 3 night stay, the property manager stopped by completely unannounced. Making it clear we weren’t trusted to maintain the place. A 5 minute heads up would have been nice so we could make sure we were all decent for a stranger to walk through.

Beautiful home for a family trip!
We had a wonderful family vacation in this beautiful home! Jeff was very welcoming and communication was easy. There were 8 of us on this trip. Two were elementary age children. They layout was fantastic and the views of Lake Champlain were stunning. Watching the sunset from the comfortable porch chairs or the hot tub is a must! The house was very clean and had everything you could ever need. The kitchen and dining area were perfect for a large family/group. There was a private doc with a rocky/stone shore only a two minute drive away. The shore had a fire pit and kayaks and the sunsets were incredible. You could swim too! Everything we wanted to visit was an hour or less away (Ben & Jerry’s, Teddy Bear Factory, Stowe, Burlington, Mt. Mansfield, Cold Hollow Cider Mill, biking, hiking, great country shops and many other tourist attractions) Overall this house was the best vacation rental we have ever visited. We highly recommended renting this property and escaping from reality! We created great family memories! Thank you Jeff!

Beautiful Lake House
We stayed over 4th of July week and had amazing views of Lake Champlain, including fireworks over the lake. The house is a beautiful post and beam construction with amazing views and easy lake access. We spent the week fishing, kayaking, and swimming at the lake, the perfect low-key vacation. Groceries were about 20 minutes away and we spent some time in Burlington which was about 35 minutes away.

The owner was very welcoming and was very accommodating to our group. He took the time to show us around and I was very impressed with the home. The exterior hot tub was relaxing and soothing in the blistering cold weather we had that weekend. This home is on a hill and it has the most beautiful sunsets I have seen in Northeast! I would recommend anyone to give this house a visit. I plan on returning again! PS. Radiant heating is amazing. It kept the house warm the entire stay without the air feeling dry!

Perfection
Everything was just perfect! Jeff even cut a live tree from his Christmas tree farm and had it decorated when we arrived! He also supplied us with 2 sleds for our white Christmas. Plenty of towels, heat, room, luxurious showers. We cook a lot and the kitchens were very well stocked. Jeff cleared the snow from our road each morning. In other words, it was all great! Thank you Jeff!

Found our dream home!
Amazing lake views. Short drive down to a private oasis. Everything you need is at this home. Just bring swimsuits and beach towels! 30-45 minute drives to great towns with great restaurants, hikes, boat rides. Just bring your imagination!
