Could be great
The room was supposed to have a jacuzzi. It was replaced with a desk. The hotel is remodeling the entrance and restaurant. The rooms are not being remodeled. The pictures must be from the opening because the room had paint peeling from the ceiling, the locks didn’t work, they gave you exactly 2 towels. No light in the bathroom so we had to move the floor lamp to the bathroom. Also no vents or fans in the bathroom. Tons of mildew in shower and no water pressure. They still trying to charge 250 a night. The front desk people did discount the stay but will def not be staying again.

It was a good stay. The staff were super nice and amazing. The room, luke warm shower water. No hot water for shower. No hat water in sink. Requested a top floor room several times through email. No response. Needs a lot work on communication.

The property is going through a major renovation. Lobby is being worked on as is the restaurant. No carpet in rooms just hard brand new 'wood-like' floor. Bathroom area had new toilet and beatiful new walk in shower. However, the new sink area was separate with no light above a small mirror. There was a lamp nearby but did not provide enough light to shave. My room had 2 nice queen beds and a huge new lcd tv. There was a fridge and microwave hidden inside a big piece of furniture. The room was advertised as partial ocean view which you really couldnt see but it did have a nice view of the pool and Jacuzzi. Its an old hotel that they're putting money into. Its 4 stories with one slow elevator. Although not right on the beach it has access and the location is great.

There was no free breakfast and they charged $10 a day for parking which goes against what I booked. Also there was no hot water and the floor was dirty. The front desk was no help with accommodating for the breakfast or parking.

Construction everywhere. Room still had construction dirt in all areas. Paint splatters, construction dust, floor covered with grit, no closets or place to hang clothes. Dust in air in hallways and room. Room should never have been rented out without a thorough cleaning and all amenities in room completed. Very disappointed with place and staff were not helpful. Complete false advertising.

I was very disappointed when we arrived and the entire property was under construction and not advised. I chose this hotel out of all the other ones because of the beauty of the lobby and restaurant which was also closed during our stay. Also we only stayed for 2 nights and I asked to please refresh our room during our second day out and no one did not even take out our trash, it was very uncomfortable to come back after a long day out and the room was just as we left it. The price was not cheap so we expected some service especially that the look and feel was dirty because of the construction. I understand but it should be advertised before booking. Also one of the rooms light wouldn’t turn off we couldn’t find a switch and it seems like not even workers knew it was kind of frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this property because of all the misses and not enough care for the people actually there for a family vacation.

Well, I always book hotels with good customer reviewes, but maybe the reviews for this one are fake? First when we entered the building, we saw an "under construction" lobby. With dust everywhere. Nobody to welcome us. Just a sad table. After waiting for a while, a guy showed up with towels in his hands and gave checked us in. We went into the room and saw an incomplete hotel room. Like, fridge was in the middle of the room on the floor with microwave on top of it and the fridge making annoying noise. Air vent was broken (was out of its place). Half of a wall was painted white and half grey (you could see where they stopped paining with a roller). Took a shower and when wanted to use a towel, I saw black stains all over the towel. I took another towel and saw stains all over it again with long and short hairs stuck to the towel. Absolutely disgusting. I asked the front desk to bring me towels he came to the room with five or six more towels. I checked every single one of them and they were all stained. They obviously do not know how to clean towels. I am filing a complaint against the hotel

The only positive thing I can say about this hotel is the staff was great despite the conditions they are working under. This hotel has apparently been under renovations for months and the "front desk" is a table with wires everywhere which seems to a hazard. We had to switch rooms because the AC wasn't working in the first room. The bathroom lights in both rooms don't work, there was no phone, the paint job in the rooms are terrible, the floor is raised which is a tripping hazard, the towels are very old and dingy, and the pillows are flat, I could probably write more if I thought about it, but I prefer not to think about this place.. If you want to book a "complete" hotel room do not stay here, this hotel is only half complete evidenced by the incomplete rooms, no restaurant, no vending machines, no extras of any kind you would expect in a real hotel. Please check other sites for similar reviews.

Could have been better.
Constant beeping starting early morning due to lift for painters. Sauna, lobby and restaurant out of service due to renovations. Asked for towels twice. Housekeeping picked up towels and never brought any back. Positives: beach access, close to restaurants and other things in the area. Staff was friendly.

This property is under renovation and has a long way to go. There is no restaurant right now. The lobby is a shambles. The room had no towel racks. The bathroom lighting was a floor lamp. We have stayed at this place prior to renovation and liked it alot. I don't know who planned this but it is no longer a desirable place to stay.
