Carpet was filthy in room, even sticky. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Hot water was non existent in bathroom sink and shower was just warm at best. Breakfast was very good and room was quiet except for the occasional slamming of an adjacent exterior door. Room price was almost double for weekend as compared with weekday but condition of room makes it unjustified. Hotel contacted me several times to ask how my stay is going but never addressed my concerns when reported.

This was a pretty decent hotel overall. The staff and service were very good and the breakfast was excellent. It was easy to find, convenient to attractions, and check-in/check out were easy. My only real complaint was regarding overall cleanliness and condition of the room (our room at least); the carpet was darkened due to previous traffic, the furniture had various nicks and scratches, the bed was uneven in places and there was an overall roughness to things. But everything worked (save the TV originally, but that was solved by plugging the cable box in) and if we didn't have it, we could get it from the front desk. Overall it wasn't amazing, but it was comfortable and worked as "home base" while on our getaway. I'd stay here again.

Not worth it
The hotel's proximity was the only thing we liked, other than that, the premises is too old and outdated. The room was musty and dirty, the carpet felt sticky and the AC hardly cooled the room. The bed was lumpy and tge pillows were basically empty pillowcases. I found more than stain on the bed sheets and a few burn marks and ripped areas. Per other reviews seems like its a known problem and yet not corrected. All in all, would not stay there again.

Absolutely awful experience. There was no hot water in the hotel. It was lukewarm. Nothing could be done about it. There were bugs in our room. The shower form was slimy and without hot water they could not have done very much to clean. When we first came in, the smell of cleaning fluid was so overwhelming that we had to leave everything open, including the door for almost 2 hours before we could breathe inside. There were little things like the fact that there was no regular coffee in the room. Only decaf and the fact that the blanket had been burned so badly that there were jagged edges sticking out. Apparently the manager knew that because he told me it happened when his dryer overheated but the fact was it felt like there was something scratching me or biting me the whole time at night and it took until morning to realize what was going on. Unfortunately, after having seen the bugs I thought that it was bugs and I was just disgusted with the whole trip as we got our room through hotels.com points. There was nothing that they were willing to do about it.

They need to improve the cleaning , dusting , and needs at least to replace the carpeting . The bathrooms needs remodeling, even the bedrooms doors are beat up and old . We only booked one night at that place ,My wife would not shower in there , cause the tub was nasty.

Pillows sucked! They need new pillows. We had a king bed that had the smallest and lumpiest pillows I’ve ever tried to sleep on at a hotel. The staff were friendly however I think they were short handed. Took a while to get someone to the front desk. She looked to be cleaning. Not something I would expect front desk personnel to be doing.

Been here before but this last stay was not something we remembered from previous. The cleanliness of the room and the hot tub was bad. The hot tub had black particles that came out of the jets and the comforter had multiple holes and when I asked about it I was told the holes were from the dryer.
