For $300, I expected a descent room. Nice facade and lobby for lower end hotel. Staff was warm and helpful. That’s where it went downhill. Room very dated and worn. Hotel staff tried masking smell with strong lemon spray. Carpet stained and worn down. Bedding and pillows cheap. Small tv’s. Staff painted and didn’t mask around mirror, towel holders, or pictures. Terrible look. Could be a nice place with remodel.

Run Down Hotel
Hotel is terribly run down. The furniture is old. There is also very limited hot water. Lastly, the pillows are child size and not fit for adult use.

The hotel was not very good. The place needs to be upgraded and better maintained. The drapes and curtains in the room were dirty there were stains in the carpet and did not looked clean. We found a roach. The next day maintenance person sprayed but we found two more small roaches. The first day the fridge did not work but it was replaced the next day. Not a good place. The staff was very nice, receptive and friendly.

Overall the property is ok but I think it’s time for remodeling. The rugs are old with stains and the head shower is rusty. The property was clean , front desk staff was friendly, the breakfast was average but the rooms need to be remodeled.

The condition of the property and room were not the best. The fridge was not functioning. They replaced it when we called front desk. We also found a small roach in the bathroom. The front desk sent someone to spray. The next morning we found 2 more small roaches. Yikes!!! The curtains and drapes were dirty and the carpet had stains. Definitely not a good place! Staff was friendly and receptive to the concerns.

All areas of the hotel needs to be cleaned, the bathroom on the room they assigned to us was, dirty, the bathtub was very dirty. No hot water to shower. TV wasn’t working, towels and bedding very old and dingy. Hotel needs to be upgraded not recommended.

This place needs some TLC and deep cleaning. My room wasn’t clean at all, visible dust in the ac and carpet corners,bad for alergies people, poor toiletries, poor breakfast and bad management. We had to ask many times for someone to fill eggs out, cream cheese , etc.. This was the shipper hotel we found on this season, and it’s fine to stay one night .

The hotel was dirty and in need of renovations. Carpet was so dirty your feet would be black. The bathroom was old and run down. The night clerk wouldn’t give my wife an extra blanket. Birds pooped all over my car in the parking lot. The entire hotel was old and tired.

This hotel was horrible carpeting was very old and dirty..front desk woman had a very bad attitude all weekend ask for an extra blanket made the woman very unhappy.. guess cause she had to go and get it very thin blanket so asked for another she denied me of getting it guess she thinks someone wants to steal the crappy blanket.. first morning went to hand the maid my wet towels she says just drop in front of the door she did not give any new towels waited all day went to front desk woman argued with me that the maid had went to my room with clean towels nope she didn’t.. nobody wants to steal those Barbie doll towels so tiny.. so my trash didn’t get taken out either no extra trash bags either no big trash cans in the hallway so no place to empty my can now mind you we had 3 people in our room the bathtub didn’t drain water was up to my leg water pressure was none 20 minutes to get the soap out of my hair.. bathtub was gross I’ve seen cleaner ones at truck stops..I will never stay at Country inn and suites again
