The primary suite includes a king bed, cable TV, a large closet, and an en-suite bathroom, along with access to a private porch. The Flamingo Room offers a queen bed and smart TV and shares a hallway bath with a tub. A third bedroom includes a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles opens to a covered patio, and a separate bedroom with a queen bed sits nearby, along with a shared full bathroom with a glass shower.

Indoor living
The top floor brings everyone together with an open-concept layout that includes a living area, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, double ovens, and a dining space suited for shared meals. A powder room sits on this level for added convenience. Elevator access reaches all three floors, and the home includes washer and dryer access, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a ceiling fan.

Recreation and outdoor living
The garage doubles as a game room with a ping pong table, while the ground floor features a foosball table and easy access to the outdoor shower. A private entrance, covered patios, and multiple porches offer quiet spots to unwind after time in the surf.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides the space and tools you need for preparing meals together, whether brewing morning coffee or cooking for a group. A dining table sits nearby for relaxed, unhurried gatherings.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
