Welcome to Casa del Lago where the past and present meld perfectly. Experience the comforts of this stunning 3/2 lakeside retreat set among million-dollar properties on the shore of Maria Sanchez Lake, in Historic Lincolnville. Less than a fifteen-minute walk to restaurants, sites and attractions in Historic St. Augustine.

Luxury, charm and tranquility define this beautifully and completely renovated cottage featuring all hi-end modern amenities. The oak flooring and architectural details are original to the cottage. Wonderful large windows with amazing lake views allow an abundance of natural light throughout.

Start your day by sitting out on the deck and watching the sunrise over Maria Sanchez Lake with your coffee. Or relax in the evening with a cool drink by the firepit. Be mesmerized as the lake sparkles and the sun sets.

Inspire your inner chef by whipping up a culinary delight in this brand-new fully equipped gourmet kitchen, featuring German cabinetry, quartz counters and backsplash, a Miele gas range and convection oven, Miele microwave/convection and Liebherr refrigerator.

The charming living room with a gas fireplace and wall mounted Samsung Smart TV, opens to a spacious formal dining room.

Luxury awaits in the primary bedroom with a sitting area looking out onto the lake and a stunning ensuite featuring a 3-body spray shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom. All bedrooms have brand new king beds and Samsung Smart TV’s (the guest bedroom has two twins that are pushed together to form a king and can be separated upon request). All are conveniently located on the main level.

In the mood for a backyard barbecue? There is a gas grill on the back porch, a dining table and chairs. With the lake as a backdrop, life just doesn't get any better.

Additional amenities include: a front load washer/dryer, luxury linens, kitchen essentials, bath essentials such as hair dryer, shampoo and body wash.

Please note, there is a small apartment on the second level occupied by a long-term tenant. It has a separate exterior entrance. The only shared space is the driveway in which the tenant has one parking space. There are five parking spaces in total. The home, the patio all outdoor amenities are solely for our vacation rental guest’s use.

Casa del Lago was exactly as described and portrayed! What an awesome house and lovely view! it was squeaky clean, roomy, modernized, stocked with everything one would need to feel like "home" for the week, quiet, decorated lovely and tastefully, and met all of needs! Everywhere we needed or wanted to go to were easily accessible by car or walking. This was our best VRBO booking over the years! The host and property manager couldn't have been more accommodating, professional, and personable. We will be back!

We had an amazing time! The house was absolutely gorgeous. We especially loved the back porch and view! It was in a nice quiet location, and close enough to downtown and beaches that we could enjoy those as well. The house was clean and updated. It was easy to check in and out. Great home in a great location
This is a great spot to stay that is easily walkable to all that St. Augustine has to offer. Our 3 year old had a blast with us and the backyard is a perfect spot to relax after spending all day walking around St. Augustine. I’d definitely book this property again.

The house was great! Furnished with high end features. It was acquired by owner last year and felt brand new because he sparred no expense in refurbishing. The lakeview was really nice and the neighborhood was very quiet. Fire pit was a great feature and we used it nightly. Would highly recommend to everyone.

This house was everything described and then some! We arrived thanksgiving evening with our meal to cook. Kitchen has been completely remodeled with high end appliances and everything we needed. The view and comfort of the back porch was amazing - I spent about 50% of my time out there. Walking distance to old towne. Comfortable beds and awesome master shower. Management was extremely easy to deal with. This is saved as one of my favorites to stay in again.

Sistas' Getaway
We (five sisters in our golden years) enjoyed a three-night stay in this charming home on the lake. Loved stargazing and birdwatching outside, as well as glimpsing the horse-drawn buggies clopping along the road across the lake. Inside was cozy and clean (although we didn't fully know how to use the sophisticated kitchen equipment). Enjoyed the trolley ride around downtown, seeing the Christmas light displays, and eating at Catch 27 and Meehans. Definitely enjoyed our stay and feel comfortable recommending this place to others.

Spectacular!
I've stayed in several places over the past couple years. This property is at the top of the list. All the amenities listed are first rate all the way. The appliances and kitchen utensils are better than what I have in my home. Beds and showers are great. Plenty of counter space in the bathrooms. Located right on a nice walking path along the lake is perfect for a morning walk or to watch wildlife in and around the lake. If you rent here, you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic vacation property!
This place made for a wonderful trip. First impression was that the place was bright, immaculate and ordered. The furniture was comfortable and...convenient. The appliances were top-notch and almost every table-top lamp had a USB.and USB-C attached to it. TVs were in the living area and the bedrooms. They were wifi connected with Samsung TV channels. Samsung washer/dryer was great. Mielle appliances in the kitchen (very fancy). Bathroom were well-appointed. Towels were comfortable. Baths had containers or soaps/shampoo/conditioner. Equipped with hair dryers. Important: bathrooms had the good toilet paper. Beds were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Cool lighting fixtures were in all rooms. The AC had a Nest setup which was pretty intuitive to use. All in all, I would definitely lease this B&B again. The owners were fantastic. Highly recommended!

Our family of 5 with 21 year old daughter, 19 & 16 year old sons loved this house. It’s in a historical neighborhood, close to downtown, with a beautiful place to sit on the porch with your coffee in the morning and cocktail at night looking over the lake. Every detail was perfect-bug spray on the porch, bedside lights with plugins for our tech, comfortable mattresses, high end appliances and finishes, the cleanliness, info about everything nearby, and a good price point. We will definitely try to stay here again!

Peaceful heaven
This property was absolutely beautiful, so close to the historic district yet so peaceful and quiet. The house is so stylishly decorated but showcases the period of the house. Such high end kitchen appliances and super thoughtful items in the kitchen so you are a home from home. It was an honor to be the first guests to stay here. Would highly recommend staying at this amazing home.
