Adorable home a mile from historic downtown
We visited St. Augustine during Night of Lights. This home was the perfect spot for us. It was very clean, well stocked and well maintained. Each of the three bedrooms had their own bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would highly recommend.

Excellent stay again
This was our second stay at this house and as before, our experience was excellent! Both of our trips have involved a concert at St Augustine Amphitheater; the drive is easy and short from this location. Checkin and out was seamless. Communication worked well. Perfect setup for 3 couples, two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom and one bathroom in hallway. Very nicely decorated, comfortable beds, kitchen and bathrooms supplied with everything we needed. Cannot speak to ease of walking to downtown area because we spent our free time at the house. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay here again.

St. Augustine Gem
We loved our stay in this St. Augustine gem. The property was beautifully furnished and well-appointed. We appreciated that it had 3 comfortable king size beds and each bathroom was modern and updated with a nod to the historic charm of the home. The location is great, in historic Lincolnville and a quick 15 minute walk to downtown. The property owner and host shared local restaurant tips and were very responsive. We highly recommend this property.

Location
The home was very clean and location was close to everything we wanted. We went in July due to scheduling issues with family. Our recommendation is to visit in cooler months to enjoy the fabulous front porch. Back yard is perfect and down hill putts break to the right more than it looks. Absolutely loved this 1930’s home with updated amenities.

Great home in St Augustine
The home was great, clean, updated and a great location. Stayed for a few days over the July 4th holiday. Home was about a mile walk to the bridge to watch the fireworks, so we didn't have to deal with parking issues. The home is in a great neighborhood that was nice for golf cart rides and walks. Close to all of the old town shopping and dining. Would stay there again.

Amazing House
We were a party of 6 adults (3 couples). This house was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was just the right combination. The kitchen had all the necessities. It was neat and organized. Checking in and out was a breeze. The early risers went out to the backyard to enjoy coffee and conversation and not disturb the late sleepers. It was just perfect for our little group. Highly recommend this house and the rental agency!!

Just perfect!
This house was wonderful for 3 senior couples. We spent a lot of our time on the front porch or in the backyard-grilling and using the putting green. The host made arrangements for us to check in earlier which was greatly appreciated. We loved walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. One of the best homes we’ve stayed in!!

Amazing weekend
Weekend visit to St Augustine. We had 3 couples, having 3 king beds and 3 bathrooms was perfect, ample space for all. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully renovated. Amazing kitchen and backyard space! We enjoyed playing games and cooking breakfast, it was ~0.8 mile walk to downtown but one of us was on crutches, a quick Uber or golf cart ride to dinner was just as easy. Would definitely stay again!

The perfect house
This is the perfect rental. :) Our family (my husband and myself, our 2 adult children plus 1 girlfriend, and my elderly mother) travelled to St. Augustine for a celebratory trip for mom's 90th birthday. After a day of travel what we arrived to find was a spotlessly clean, beautiful, craftsman-style home, lovingly restored, in a quiet neighborhood very near town. We spent 4 very comfortable nights in the house and especially loved the yard with the firepit and putting green. The owners/managers really went out of their way to make certain we had a good stay, even purchasing 2 beach chairs and umbrellas so mom and my son's gf (with a broken foot) could enjoy their day with us on the beach. We also found, on arrival, 2 boxes of candy and a birthday card thoughtfully left for mom. Last, there was no nickel and diming us. There was more than enough toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwashing pods, etc. left for us to use throughout our stay. We really had a wonderful birthday trip and much of it was due to this perfect house. (Mom was raving about it all weekend). Thank you to the owners and managers for everything. :)

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful, clean home. This house has so much character and charm. Waking distance to downtown was helpful during the Nights of Lights. We weren’t the best on the putting green so we turned it into a Bocce court and had a blast. We will definitely stay again.
