The room is surprisingly large which was nice, the pool looks clean, the staff member was pleasant. However, the dead roach in the middle of the floor of our room that was supposedly just cleaned was not a great first impression. After kicking the dead bug outside we sat down to relax for a few minutes before dinner and had to call for maintenance because the television wasn’t hooked up right. They fixed it fairly quickly but I was less than impressed with the two issues so soon after arrival.

Como todo, hay personal muy amable y hay personas no tan cortez. Mi primer dia de estadia no limpiaron la habitacion, llegue en la noche cansada queriendo darme una ducha y tuve que esperar que limpiaran mi habitacion.En el interin la sra. de la recepccion muy amable me ofrecio te y la espera se hizo mas agradable. El desayuno muy escaso, el 2do dia pedi jugo de naranja y muy groseramente me dijeron "No hay". En general hay que adaptarse a cada condicion si le gusta bien sino no regresas. Buena ubicacion.

OK for the price needs cleaning
A bit expensive for the price. The hallway floors are very dirty, so are the floors in the bedroom and in the bathroom. It seems like it’s getting a makeover, but it lacks the cleanliness. It’s not far from the main tourist attraction sites, so it is not bad prices decent But needs work.
