Welcome to Tranquil Escape, a newly built, beautifully designed 3-bedroom home that offers the perfect environment for unwinding and relaxation. This charming townhome is centrally located right of I95, between Historic St. Augustine, stunning beaches, and beautiful shopping centers like St. John's Town Center, several championship golf courses and the World Golf Hall of Fame. With a range of amenities including a Smart TV, washer and dryer, comfortable living room, and a fully stocked kitchen.
Enjoy the open concept, spacious living space with your family while preparing your favorite meal or simply spending time with loved ones. Our game room is equipped with board games, a Pool Table/Ping Pong Table and Ms. Pacman Arcade game which has several different games to choose from. The living room and every bedroom is equipped with a 55" 4k Roku Smart T.V. that have free Netflix and Disney+. They're are dressers and nightstands in every room so you can unpack your cloths and feel at home without having to struggle to put your outfits together as you get dress out of a suitcase. This property has everything you need to experience true comfort and create lasting memories.
Guest have access to a quaint screened patio with comfortable Adirondack chairs. Sit back, relax and enjoy your favorite beverage while enjoying the pond view which features a beautiful and relaxing fountain feature. Guest also have access to an Olympic size pool, gym, playground and Volleyball court.
