At 286 meters above sea level, Morne de Vitet is the highest point on Saint Barthélémy. It offers numerous starting points for nature walks. Very authentic and sparsely urbanized, the Vitet district is particularly peaceful.
The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the Grand Cul de Sac lagoon 10 minutes, where you can swim with turtles and rays. All amenities are nearby (10min by car).
On your arrival, our manager Patrice will be delighted to meet you at the airport and accompany you to the villa. He will remain available throughout your stay.
Ground-floor villa built in 2015, on the heights of Vitet, surrounded by a lush private garden composed of traveler's trees, multiplying hedges and various tropical plants.
It includes an entrance hall opening onto a guest toilet, a living room equipped with a comfortable 6-seater corner sofa, an 85-inch TV with satellite channels, netflix, prime and disney.
A kitchen with central island, you'll find an oven, a microwave, an induction/gas hob, an American fridge with ice cube dispenser, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a wine cellar & everything you need to cook. You can enjoy your meals on the covered terrace, equipped with a small fridge, table and 6 chairs overlooking the pool and garden.
Access to the storeroom with washing machine and tumble dryer on request.
A master suite with king-size bed ( 2m x 2m ) & TV, bathroom with WC, Italian-style shower & double basin as well as a large dressing room with safe. A second bedroom with king-size bed ( 1.80m x 2m ) & TV as well as a private terrace adjoining a shower room with WC, Italian-style shower and double basin.
A third bedroom with queen-size bed ( 1.60m x 2m ) & TV as well as adjoining a shower room with WC, Italian-style shower and double basin.
Bed linen & towels provided.
The pool house includes an outdoor shower, resin lounge, 4 deckchairs around the 3.50m x 8m salt-treated pool, ping-pong table, a zen area with a 5-seater SPA, not overlooked. Beach towels provided.
Access via the garden to a gym with treadmill, weight cage, 3-seater sofa with overhead projector, 7.2 sound system, Playstation console, arcade with 2200 games & Bonzini table soccer.

It's not unusual to come across an iguana, turtles and a cat who was born in the garden, is now 8 years old and will be sure to pay you a visit.

Swimming pool & SPA cleaned and disinfected before your arrival and professionally maintained every Wednesday morning during your stay.
Patrice is at your disposal for any other requests ( private chef, breakfast, event organization, use of washer/dryer, massage session, etc.... )
