Not What I expected
I was asked to fill out a prearrival form with several fields. After some time spent, I was asked to submit a photo of my driver's licence. I'm in my seventies and not techy. If I didn't attach the picture, I could not continue with the prearrival form. I had to call the motel, and they said not to worry, it would be taken care of when we arrive. So basically, I was blindsided and spent time on the prearrival form, to no avail. This is the first time I have ever been asked to attach a picture via email. I would suggest they give a disclaimer at the beginning, and just say that the form may speed up your checkin, but wasn't required. I went to the outside hot tub, and the jets weren't operational. After that I took a shower and the soap dispenser was broken. To add to the frustration, the shower did not drain properly, so I was standing in a couple of inches of water. The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean. It had a nice big screen tv. I don't normally spend this much on a room and overall it was disappointing. The room key worked well which was a plus. I don't plan to stay there again however.

Not at all like photos. Sink and tub drains were extremely slow even after maintenance came. Tub faucet was half caulked. Water warping in bathroom. Tiny sink counter. Fridge would not cool. Breakfast was minimal. Tiny breakfast area. Wall patch repair was very poorly done. Ice was down stair and across parking lot.

We just completed a three night stay at this property and could not be happier. The lovely lady on the front desk was cheerful, friendly and efficient. The complimentary breakfast has lots of options, hot and cold, and everything is stocked regularly. The fellow, Calen (sp?), who was taking care of the breakfast room was cleaning all the tables and chairs top to bottom after every guest and was pleasant and fun and chatted with everyone about their stay and their activities. That cheery room set the tone for everyone's day. The pool/hot tub is more like a grotto, with shady spots, music, waterfall feature and super clean. There was a fellow sweeping the lot and the walkways twice a day. The guest room was also very clean and well laid out. The property itself is very centrally located, walking distance to many great restaurants and shops and a 4 minute drive to the lovely red hills to watch the sunset. We would stay at this property again in a HEARTBEAT. We actually cancelled a night in Vegas to stay here one more night. Thank you to all your great staff for a wonderful stay!
