This rental provides access to the Desert Color Lagoon and beaches, located just a stone's throw from the unit, as well as the community pool and spa, plus it is dog-friendly so no one has to stay home! Designed for smaller groups, this unit features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and a balcony with gorgeous views! Whether you’re looking for weekend fun or a long escape, North Shore Casita is an excellent choice!

This rental is up the stairs and located above the garage (garage not included in rental). Additional public parking spots are available on Marilla Street.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS CASITA KITCHEN INCLUDES A FRIDGE, STOVE TOP, SINK, MICROWAVE, PLACE SETTINGS, FLATWARE, AND BASIC COOKING EQUIPMENT. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE AN OVEN, DISHWASHER, OR BAKING RELATED ITEMS.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. A gorgeous resort pool, 10-foot fire tables, and an oversized hot tub are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. Roof-top Yoga classes, kid’s crafts and activities, Food Truck nights, and even Dive-In Movies where you can watch a fun movie on the big screen from the pool or Lagoon are just some of the fun events you can experience when you stay at the Desert Color community!
