This townhouse was just finished in February 2020. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Such a nice property with a ton of space! The pool and hot tub is fun for the kids and we could walk down to the pickleball courts. I would definitely stay there again!

We stayed here and the AC didnā€™t work the entire time. Even though it cools off at night the place was hot. We called the first night they sent someone over while we were gone and said they fixed but they didnā€™t. The women we talked to could have cared less and wanted us to open more widows and door. If was a bad experience donā€™t come here unless you like to sweat

We were in town for a baseball tournament and we had 14 people the max for the house, I thought for sure there was going to be no room and we were going to be bunched up. I was wrong Such a big spacious house, the kids loved the bunk beds and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Nice quiet area and clean clean clean. We will be back and will definitely come here again.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. The kids loved the bunk room/tv room. Especially the bigger beds. Beds were comfy, bedding was pretty. It was so nice, spacious and fit our party of 9 so easily. The pool is so close and was fun for the kids. Communication with the owner was hard as they didnā€™t respond to some questions and took several days to respond to the others. To help others the checkout time is 11:00. The VRBO says 10:00 but the welcome email says 11:00. My only other thought was upstairs you hear the heater turning on and off CONSTANTLY and it sounds like a jet taking off. It kept us up the 1st night. The other nights we played white noise on our phones and it was fine. Iā€™d stay here again!!

Great trip!
Roomy, weā€™ll appointed condo. Lots of space for lounging, plenty of beds and baths. Close to Zion, Sand Hollow, Snow Canyon. Easy day trips to Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks and the Grand Canyon. Nice pool and water slide on site. Well stocked- extras that I didnā€™t expect- coffee, spices, even laundry detergent. The only negative(not sure it is a bad thing), I couldnā€™t find a broom, lots of sand. Otherwise- a great trip, unbeatable scenery and activities near by.

Everything as promised!
Very impressed with this unit! Updated and well supplied. Plenty of room to cook in and grill was a nice touch. Didnā€™t love the knifes and cutting boards but we love to cook. Little warning to those who are on a walker, you have to use stairs to get in the unit and parking lot is not handicap accessible. I gave it 5 stars because I did not look for or need handicap accessible until recently so not the units fault. I would definitely return to this property!!
