Being Season Ticket holders for the Tuacahn Festival, we have tried a lot of the St. George hotels. The Inn and Suites are one of the best. Easy off/on the freeway, quiet, ample parking and only about 20 minutes from the amphitheater. Free breakfast was good... like the coffee/ tee/ beverage machine a lot!

The place is pet friendly which comes at a price. Room had a strong unpleasant disinfectant smell. Appreciated the bathroom counter space but the door to the toilet was warped and wouldn’t shut without slamming it. Nice area.

Our weekend here was terrible. We have stayed at this property before so we were extremely disappointed. We stayed in one of the suites because it had more beds. It was separate from the main building. When you walked in the room, the smell hit you in the face. It smelled dirty. There was a guy staying in the room next to us that would sit by our car and smoke. He made us very uncomfortable. We later figured out he was living there as we saw him waiting for his ride in the morning with his work gear on. His curtain was left a little open and his room was cluttered with clothes and garbage every where. We are wondering if the smell came from his room. The worst part is that on the second morning I woke up with bites on my arms and lower neck. They were light in color but by our second morning it was obvious that something had really got me and the bites were now red and my skin was on fire. I have reached out twice to the hotel and have yet to receive any contact back. I waited to write this review but feel like it was necessary to warn others. Don’t stay here. It’s been over two weeks and my skin is just healing. This place is disgusting. I don’t even want to allow my mind to wonder what bit me but it is very unsettling.

The thing I like most about this motel is their pool area and they even have an indoor pool for when the weather is not great.

I like that the pool is open late (11:000 pm). The facility is well kept and clean. Beds are comfortable and the staff is helpful and friendly. Good rates on the rooms and good breakfast too. Would definately stay here again.
