I was very happily surprised by this spacious studio apartment. It is very confortable and has beautmiful views from every window. I loved the balcony and the views of the stars at nice. It is in close proximity to Zion Park. We will be returning and we will be staying here again.

Lovely place and Clean
Visiting Zion National park for the first time and found this place to stay. It is about a 30min drive, you do not feel it because of the beautiful scenery all around. I have stayed in many rentals for vacations and trips and this one is a top place for being clean. The bed covers smelled so good! Kudos to you guys. The property owners were attentive and helpful.

We so enjoyed our stay in La Verkin. Jan and Leland were such nice hosts. The studio was perfect. The weather was great so we hiked nearly every day. We came home and relaxed in the the evenings. Would highly recommend!!

First time in Utah visiting Zion National Park with my son. Had no clue about area and where to stay but got lucky. This studio was perfect for us and our host was very warm and welcoming. It was clean and has everything you could need. I will stay here again when I visit with my husband.

The apartment was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The unit had many windows that allowed for sunshine all day. The patio was perfect for sunning and taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood, cows, birds. Roosters and mountains! The hosts were lovely and told us about the area and answered any questions we had! We loved that LaVerkin was a short tour from Xion because we didn't have to deal with crowds. Also there are wonderful little, affordable restaurants (Lupitas) nearby. Thanks to the hosts and hope to be back soon!

Adventure with my son and his friend who both just graduated HS. Wanted to go to Zion and hike and spend time out together. This location was perfect. The house worked very well and the hosts were tremendous. Great people and enjoyed meeting them. Highly recommend!

Cute place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean & the perfect size for the 4 of us. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on the balcony & coming back in the evening & unwinding in the cool night air. It was a perfect place to stay for us to visit Zion’s & found many hiking trails nearby. Jan & her husband were so sweet & greeted us as we arrived (They were out doing yard work) and told us if we needed anything to let them know. We will definitely stay here again if we are down in that area!

Great location for Zion!
Jan & Leland place is perfect for hiking in Zion! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen has everything we needed to cook and the patio was our favourite place to eat our dinner. It is quiet and has tons of games to play in the evening. There’s a great coffee shop/ pizza place 5 min away that we loved too!

A short 30 ride to Zion NP. Very clean, with all the amenities of a 5-star hotel. Several dining locations near by. Davis Farmer’s Market about a half mile away ( great prices ). Davis Farmer’s Market prices are comparable to Walmarts which was about 6 miles away. Balcony patio was nice, offering us a cool place to enjoy the La Verkin nights.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was everything we could have asked for...it was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. And with all the windows, there was great light and beautiful views, including views of the property's gorgeous orchard. We were conveniently located to all the things we had wanted to do including Zion National Park, Sand Hollow State Park, and Snow Canyon State Park. Nice place to stay when visiting zion. Owner friendly and helpful. Had fun with the pool table and enjoyed watching tv in the recliners. Convenient location in a neighborhood. Although pictures make it look isolated, the population there is quite dense. Mountain View’s nice even though neighbor’s homes also part of the vista. GreT coffee place and restaurant with gorgeous views a few minutes away.
