Lovely hotel and staff. However, there were condensation issues in the room causing the kids and us to slip and fall on several occasions. The choice and quality of lunch and dinner were poor; no flavour. Breakfast was 10/10, amazing! The amenities and service was the absolute best!

Beautiful property, well maintained. They have plenty of staff on hand to help with whatever you may need. Awesome beach also.The place was emaculate. They could do a better job with options at the bar though. 2 out of the 3 nights I stayed, there was no cognac available in any brand at any of the bars. That sucked because that all I drink, and I paid for "All Inclusive", so I feel like I did not get that as far as alcohol.

Wonderful resort with very nice staff. Only downside was that there was no elevator. We didnt know we would be on the 4th floor, and all those stairs were hard for certain family members. If you have any mobility concerns, I would request a ground level room. Otherwise a great stay!

We have stayed at a lot of different all inclusive resorts and have done their version of the diamond club. We have never had to fight to get a king bed (even tho we had requested it twice before coming). The diamond club pool and bar are right next to the regular one and they didn’t enforce you had to be diamond to use facilities. We fought to get premium liquor even tho we were diamond club and the diamond bar is only open till 6 so after that you have no way to get a premium drink at a restaurant or entertainment. We told our butlers and Edson and Casey did a great job getting alcohol and other things to us. Thank goodness for them. Pool was so dirty 1 day you couldn’t even get in it. Food was subpar at best! Room was clean and serviced daily. Royalton needs to address these issues or we will not return to a royalton.

I just checked in to this room for a night because our flight was delayed until tomorrow. Upon arrival to my room it was visibly dirty. The gentlemen got a broom and swept and apologized. The WiFi did not work and my family does not know if I am safe. The room service called back after 30 minutes and started they ran out of an ingredient of my order. THEN I WAKE UP TO A ROACH CRAWLING ALL OVER THE BED!!! I have not unpacked any of my bags and laid down with my clothes on. How is this hotel $400 a night!!?????? DO NOT STAY HERE

A very disappointing stay at this hotel. We booked a luxurious room with sea view. There was a sea view over the top of the building in front but the room certainly was not luxurious. It was a basic room . We could not get anything resembling a decent cup of coffee. It was weak and tasteless. I cannot remember ever having anything so poor before . The milk powder seemed to be old out of date stock and it was no better when it was replenished which didn’t always happen. There was quite a limited choice of food in the restaurant. It was pretty well the same food every day with little variety. Breakfasts were OK but items were often not replaced as stocks were used up. The Italian restaurant menu looked good but in practice some ingredients were not available and were replaced with less appealing alternatives. The Indian restaurant was quite good but portions were small. We arrived several minutes early for the French restaurant and were told to go away and come back later. There was a swimming pool but it was much too small and some distance away. There was a sandy beach but it was very narrow. There were several outside bars but all too often they were not open or the barman was missing. The complex is quite sprawling and often a lot of steps were involved. From our room to the main restaurant involved climbing down some 75 steps and there were inadequate signs. We will never come back and we would suggest that this place be avoided at all costs.

The property offers inexpensive options compared to its competitors. For a reason. The beach and pool are beautiful! The pool bar consistently ran out of common alcohol. The staff was for the most part friendly but it was strained. They were not happy they were told to be because their jobs depended on it. The food was fair! Nothing to rave about. I may have lost weight on this vacation. How does a restaurant run out of every dessert? Everything is done through the app. It’s not a good app! Probably not going back. If I did it would be for less than a week. No one seems to be in charge. Staff gets no direction. A rudderless ship.

Hotel is nice, front desk staff need training and be more understanding towards guests, specially if they’re making you wait 3 hours for a check in after 3pm. Got to my room at around 6:30pm after checking in at 3:15pm. Other than that situation rest of staff was nice and polite and the stay uneventful.

Review: 4 Days, 3 Nights at Royalton Grenada I just returned from a 4-day, 3-night stay at Royalton Grenada, and while there were some definite pros, there were also a few disappointments that made the stay less than ideal. Pros: • The property is stunning and immaculately maintained. The grounds are pristine, with every inch of the resort looking well-kept and inviting. • Some of the staff members, especially the hardworking, pleasant, and friendly ones, really made a positive impact on the experience. • The room was comfortable, though there was a persistent moldy smell that didn’t go away during my stay, which was unpleasant. • The food was a major plus—there was a great selection for both local and tourist menus, and everything was freshly prepared each day. • The beach is beautiful, though the waters were a little rough at times. If you can make a trip to Grand Anse or BBC Beach, I highly recommend it. • Special shoutout to Kenneisha, a server who was exceptional! She was assertive, friendly, and professional, remembering our drink orders even though she only served us twice. She definitely deserves a promotion. Cons: • Unfortunately, the female managers and maître d’ were not very hospitable. Their attitude was often dismissive, and it really affected the experience negatively. • A frustrating mistake occurred when I was checked out of the hotel instead of another guest.
