Very central and near the bus station and shopping centres. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Service was fabulous. Spa was wonderful. Breakfast was tasty and good choice of foods. Scirocco restaurant was modern and had a varied menu. Our room was in the old part of the hotel and although spacious with a comfy bed and roomy bathroom, it had a strange musty smell we couldn't get rid of even though we bought a diffuser. Not pleasant to sit or sleep in really.

This hotel is exactly as it shows in the pictures. The room was spacious & clean with lots of extra’s. The staff team were welcoming & friendly. The bus station is a 2 min walk from the hotel as well as easy access to the shops. We defiantly will be returning

An excellent hotel close to the bus station. Very good facilities with very helpful and attentive staff. The bar at the front gets very busy and can be noisy however there are three other bar areas including a very quiet one on the first floor . A very good breakfast again with very helpful and friendly staff . We had a front room with a balcony which was very comfortable .

Hotel was very comfortable , nice room , excellent housekeeping with partial view from the balcony but as it was an upgrade can’t complain 😀 Breakfast was very tasty and logistically simple , had the luxury that the tea and toast was delivered to your table so minimal foraging at the buffet. All staff were very helpful . Lots of nice bars although Not all open, used the zephyr Cafe which was a nice semi out doors space to sit and have a drink. Hotel location great to get to the bus station (would not hire a car as I did on a previous visit) also easy walk to get to Restuarant’s and bars .

Good location, convienient for shops, restaurants and buses. We could not get an internet signal in the room, (fourth floor, front of hotel), staff promised to look into it but nothing changed. Basic room service, no clean towels one day, ( took about an hour for clean towels to come despite being told they would be there immediately). Stained carpets in the room but overall fairly clean. Reception tried to charge additional drinks at checkout despite us not using the minibar and paying for all drinks in the bar, hopefully a genuine error.
