The stay was great lovely Hotel. One complaint was we had a roast and it was vile. The manager was very good and we said we wasnt paying for it which he honoured.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were brilliant. We were on a bed and breakfast package. The breakfast was excellent. Great variety. A very enjoyable holiday.

The entrance to the hotel is clean and modern seems welcoming. Our room was hot no air con., no lift and no help with our bags. The noise from foyer started about 6am and continued through the day. The safe did not work. Our room was not cleaned properly and the furnishings were very shabby. The toilet continually run. The noise from the fan in the bathroom was loud. The breakfast was the same each day but was adequate. The staff in the breakfast area were really nice but the staff in the bar area acted as if they were doing us a favour by getting us a drink and they took payment for the drink before they made it. Not worth the money, felt most unwelcome and would not return here.

I had a 3 night stay at The Savoy, it was comfortable and clean and in a good location. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Breakfast was busy, good quality and the staff work hard to make sure everything is replenished. Aspects of the hotel are a bit shabby in places but nothing to ruin anyone's stay.

Would highly recommend this hotel. We had an amazing stay and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Lovely breakfast and room and even got to use the pool as weather nice. Can’t wait to go back.

Pros - Family room had very Comfortable beds, great separate space for the kids, fridge, tea and coffee facilities great sized bathroom, products provided and good shower, fab breakfast with lots of choice. Helpful friendly reception staff walking distance to the shops beach harbour, Not so pros - freezing cold pool, 10:30am is early checkout time (quiet expensive to keep room on £50 until 5pm) room was quite chilly Overall nice hotel would stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the bathroom was very nice, equipped with high-quality toiletries, and the water pressure was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of food and pleasant background music that made for a lovely start to the day. However, the hotel room itself was on the small side and unfortunately, the view was of a wall, which was a bit disappointing. But overall a pleasant stay.
