Cozy and conveniently located
We really loved the eclectic decor. The bed was very comfortable. It felt more like a home than a hotel room. Everything we needed was close by, restaurants, stores, and ferry shuttles.

Cute old house
The house was decorated very adorably and was quite clean. My only hesitation at first was that the bathroom door didn’t fully close, due to expansion from humidity and no A/C I’m sure, and the floor by the shower was coming up, but when I reminded myself that this is an older house in the UP of Michigan I realized it is much nicer than most cabins, which is more or less what you get up north. It was overall, very cute and clean in a lovely location by the water and not far from the lovely downtown area.

Convenient, comfortable stop
Very well provisioned! Nicely furnished and comfortable. A neighborhood in transition and, unfortunately, the rental had a very strong raw fish odor, but we were able to air it out and I cleaned up the outside trash that had blown all over. Otherwise, it would have been a lovely view of the straits

Good Stay when visiting UP & Mackinaw
Location was a 4 out of 5 because of construction of the parking area, not under the control of the VRBO Host. Overall, the location was close to food & the Mackinaw Ferry which was ideal for our stay. The VRBO was cozy, well decorated, had all the amenities we needed & a very comfy bed!

St. Ignace Retreat
The property was a little difficult to find. The construction of the large hotel next door may have mislead us. We weren't looking for a "strip mall like" building. We may have not read the property description closely enough. The property itself was just as described and the location was easy for us to navigate St. Ignace.

Clean and Nice Location
The unit was a very short drive from downtown St. Ignace and it was easy to find. The unit was also very clean and had ample toiletries, kitchen supplies, etc. The walls were a bit thin (didn't stop us from sleeping though) and there were a lot of mosquitos at the door excited to get inside. Only recommendations would be to have a screen door or netting for mosquitos and make the lock on the door easier to use. It was challenging to turn it the proper way to check if the door was locked or not. Overall, nice, clean place with a comfy bed. Well decorated!

Nice spot with everything you need
The property was very nice and well-maintained. It had all of the things you need in the kitchen space and in the bathroom. It is on a busy road, so some traffic noise if that is a concern. I did have some issues with the Wi-Fi and the property contact did his best to fix the situation. This is a short term issue, but there is construction of a hotel right next-door so quiet on the weekends but some weekday early morning noise from the contractors. The space has a very eclectic feeling, it’s nicely appointed with everything you need for a very enjoyable stay!

Waterfront loft
This was a neat little place and had close access to Lake Huron with a short walk. Not viewable from our room. Unfortunately, there currently is construction of a new hotel directly across the parking lot. It was very noisy and workers arrived early...even on Sunday!

Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, sugar and creamer. No AC but windows and fans made it comfortable. Eclectic decor is fun. Nice view of lake from the edge of the property.

Ok for the price point.
One night stay was not bad. The "lake view" was from the parking lot, not from the room. View from room was the adjacent construction site and equipment wake- up call in the morning. Some maintenance needed. Shower was good.

Cute and Quirky
My husband and I enjoyed our stay, it was a quaint area we had never been too! A lot of the places in the area were seasonal though, which we were unaware of! All in all, property was so cute and we truly enjoyed our time.
