A beautiful first floor, two storey contemporary apartment enjoying stunning sea views across Porthmeor beach and out to sea. The property has been extensively refurbished to an extremely high standard and has on-site parking for one car.

A cool and sophisticated living area with captivating sea views await guests on this elevated first floor apartment. With uninterrupted sea bound vistas you’d be forgiven not to concentrate on the immersive 4K Plasma Smart TV and sumptuous leather-bound seating. Well-appointed window seating ensures further coastal gazing can be enjoyed on this hilltop location.

An open plan kitchen/diner with a sophisticated designer feel has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. The kitchen has a breakfast bar feature too and comes fully equipped with all modern appliances including a filter coffee machine and integrated washing machine.

Upstairs you will find the two immaculately presented bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite dual head shower with rainforest and handheld attachments, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. This room has stunning views across the rooftops of St Ives and beyond to the sea. The second good size bedroom has twin beds with equally pleasing maritime vistas.

A luxurious and eye-catching family bathroom features a stunning freestanding contemporary bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. The master bedroom on the second floor is ensuite and features a shower room.

Enjoyed a wonderful week long stay within this property. The listing details are extremely accurate, the property is in extremely good condition and very clean with all of the facilities you would require for a self catering stay. The location is perfect with only a few minutes walk down into the shops and bars. There is a parking space but it is quite tight, we Only had a small car and it was still quite a struggle to fit the car on and allow space for the next car to the right hand side. However, having said that, having a parking space is a real bonus in Saint Ives! The property boasts a fantastic view from the front room window, across the car park and then down into Porthmeor Beach. From the twin room bedroom. The view is equally as stunning, but obviously slightly better as it is higher up. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the ensuite and main bathroom facilities were excellent. Overall, we had a fantastic stay, and would not hesitate to return to this property in the future.

Fantastic holiday in st ives!!!!
Fantastic property and location. Very clean on arrival and well equipped with everything you need and more, even down to the dog bowl & chairs for the beach. Lovely welcome pack of Cornish tea coffee sugar milk & biscuits was much appreciated ❤️ Only down side being that parking may be an issue as parking is for 2 cars and one of those is a permanent resident.
