Set on Headland Road and within 10 minutes' walk from the beach, this detached pet-friendly holiday home with four bedrooms, parking and a large private garden forms a terrific base for getaways with family and friends in beautiful Carbis Bay.
Equipped to offer guests with everything they could need to be completely comfortable during their stay, Mermaid Cottage boasts plenty of welcoming space for all, including a kitchen/dining area which has a lovely big table for converging round after a day spent down at the beach. The cosy living room with its sofas and TV is great for chilling out in the evenings, and there's more than enough space for everyone to get comfy with a movie or their favourite show. Outside, the garden which lies to the back of the house, has an outdoor dining suite for fresh air feasts, and plenty of grass for a game of boule or badminton. There's also a delightful balcony off one of the bedrooms which has sea views and is perfect for a bit of relaxation in the sunshine, cup of coffee or glass of fizz in hand.

Lovely location
Lovely break away, property was clean inside and lovely location.
Couple of things.
Garden had not been checked as very deceased rat on lawn, been there a long time and was disgusting to have to bag up after dog had found it. Someone elses full poo bags also out there.
Couple of bulbs missing with no replacements and also we couldnt get on freesat no connection available. Owner also has blocked gutter above front door, large amounts of water cascading down.
