BEAUTIFUL VIEWS & 3 MINUTE DRIVE TO CRUZ BAY TOWN

Tranquil Breeze- Stay at our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home conveniently located on the picturesque Island of St. John overlooking three beautiful bays: Great Cruz Bay, Chocolate Hole and Rendezvous Bay. Each bedroom will have it's own private bathroom. Every room has it's own A/C and the entire house can be powered by a generator that will automatically switch on in case the island were to lose power (very important, as this can happen). You do not want your vacation ruined by not having power at your rental property.

Tranquil Breeze will transport you to a tropical paradise. Start your morning with a coffee on the large wrap around deck enjoying the expansive views of the Caribbean where you overlook the Westin resort and can see St. Thomas, even St. Croix on a clear day and the three bays (Chocolate Hole, Great Cruz Bay & Rendezvous Bay). Later, drive to one of the many world-famous St. John National Park beaches where you can snorkel, hike, Stand Up Paddle Board and/or enjoy a lazy day at the beach. After a long day of exploring you can enjoy the quiet community pool which is just a few steps from our house or enjoy a Happy Hour cocktail on the wraparound deck. Please note that there are only 7 properties which share the pool and only 3 of the properties are rentals (the pool is usually empty/private). At night you can take a 3-minute drive into Cruz Bay town where you can eat at one of the many great restaurants and enjoy the night away with a few drinks.

Tranquil Breeze was recently renovated and updated in 2022 and features a gourmet kitchen, full generator to power the home when the power goes out on island, fully air-conditioned house (all bedrooms and main living room are fully A/C), 3 Queen Bedrooms each with en suite bathroom (3 full Bathrooms), WiFi, Vaulted Cypress beam ceilings with overhead ceiling fans, updated furnishings and a washer/dryer. Tranquil Breeze has two bedrooms on the first floor which each have their own Queen size bed. The upstairs bedroom also has a Queen bed which is a perfect room for kids/teenagers or another adult couple.

*Tranquil Breeze also provides beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for all of your beach needs.

Wonderful views! Pool is shared but they was never anyone else using it. Great to have washer, dryer and dishwasher in place. High end and well stocked kitchen. Linda (and property owners) responsive and great communication. Pay attention to their recommendations for beaches, snorkeling and taxi drivers! All spot oh! Lastly the 3rd bedroom up circular metal staircase. Our college age daughter loved the privacy but staircase might be too much for some younger or older guests. We can’t wait to come back

Stayed four days at this beautiful property. Linda met us as we got off the ferry and guided us up to the property and pointed out stores etc. on the way. Due to a storm there was no power the first day, but Linda had bought water and ice bags and found flash light for us, so we were good. Linda was proactive in her communication making sure that we were having a great stay. Well equipped house, including beach towels, beach chairs, and coolers. Amazing views from the deck!

Clean and beautiful home, great view right from the living room, and the host is very friendly. As others stated in the reviews and as the host will tell you. You need an AWD vehicle if you’re going to stay at this property. The roads getting from town to the home are all paved, but very steep. If you aren’t comfortable driving up steep roads this might not be the place for you. Honestly, if you aren’t comfortable driving on steep somewhat sketchy roads in general, driving in St John might not be for you.

I will recommend St. John and Tranquil Breeze to all of my friends and family! Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay and it truly could not have been better! The home's location is convenient to restaurants and beaches, and we loved the breathtaking view of the water. The unit was extremely well equipped and had all of the comforts of home. The property manager, Linda, is very kind and helpful!!! She offered great advice and was always available should we have any questions. We cannot wait to go back!!

Property looked exactly as described! Linda picked us up at the ferry was very communicative and responsive and we had everything we needed for the 8 days we were there! High points- the view! The location- being very close to Cruz bay but in a quieter spot was great for the family! The communication! Kitchen had everything needed for dinners in! And nice to have the pool option for the kids while dinner was prepared! Would love to return!

St. John’s first week of January
Owners and host were wonderful , answering every question in a timely manner. The owners gave a detailed booklet of everything to do on the island and lots of tips about how to catch the ferry, best beaches and restaurants, etc. Linda was fantastic meeting us at the ferry, and showing us around the island and the house. We stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was our second trip to STJ and we loved every minute of it! Tranquil Breeze is in a great location with easy access to anything you'll want to do on the island. The management team was communicative and very helpful before and during our stay. Tranquil Breeze was just the right size for our family of four with two teenage boys!

We had a wonderful time at Tranquil Breeze! A very clean, bright, modern place with wonderful views of sunrise and sunset. There is two bedrooms downstairs and one up a spiral staircase. The property manager met us at the boat, drove us to the car rental and then to the house. A very positive experience!
