Comfort & Convenience
The apt was perfect as a home base for our time in the St. John's area. It was comfortable & had all the necessities to make us feel at home. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine after a day of sight seeing. It was an easy walk to downtown restaurants, pubs & coffee shops as well the the tourism bureau. The host was very helpful and responded promptly to any questions we had.

Great location, lots of space, highly recommended
This is a dandy spot for exploring St John's. The apartment is roomy and there is a lovely deck out back which is a definite attraction. The beds are great. The updated kitchen is big and well equipped. The washer and dryer certainly a plus. The bathroom is small but adequate that is the nature of older places. The lighting is good and there was lots of hot water! Access is easy with a code entry. Parking tag was included in the price and there was lots of space on the street for parking. The information sent at the time of booking was that I would receive check-in details one day ahead of our stay. I wrote to ask if I could have that information earlier but I did not receive a reply from the manager until I called the owner. That situation was quickly resolved. We really enjoyed our stay at this location and loved St John's. We would recommend it to others. Thanks so much.

The house was as listed with three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, plus a large backyard deck. Could have been a little cleaner and better stocked. Location was close to downtown but is unfortunately not in the greatest are of town - do your research before you go.

VRBO in St. John’s Newfoundland
It was great for the price, within walking distance of the downtown area and all amenities. A decent size deck with a table and chairs for sitting outside. Comfortable beds, a washer and dryer, stove and fridge and a fairly large living room, with a TV. Bathroom is small but clean and worked well for the 4 of us; plenty of towels available etc. We had a rental vehicle and a Pass for parking on the street which was always available and convenient. Really enjoyed ourselves there. Would not hesitate to stay there again!

Great location. Has everything you need and more. Comfy beds. Bathroom could use some fixing up but it was totally useable. A lot of stairs which didnt bother us but some may like to know that upfront. Was a fabulous weekend in a beautiful city.
