The hotel isn’t bad but the parking lot is very inconvenient, dirty, and noisy. The staff and food is alright. The room looked fine but it might be the carpet dust causing the itchiness.

The room was outdated the bathroom needs to be totally redone - i perfer a toilet that is higher then 10 inches - the bathroo. Sink cupboard was ugly and cheap looking and crack - for $307 you expect a bit more

The underground parking removed a lot of the anxiety my girlfriend has over her car being broken into when we visit St. John’s. The entire hotel from the lobby to our room was gorgeous and its location made it easy to just walk where we needed to go downtown.
