Convenient as it was located near airport. The hotel needs some upgrades. The room and carpet was very outdated. Room smelled musty and pull out sofa is not worth sleeping on. Our kids got in bed with us, they were so uncomfortable. The summer pricing is also Ridiculous!!! We also stayed at the Best Western which is located just across the parking lot on the way home to Ontario and it was 5 stars compared to this 2.5-3 star.

I liked the available options like the breakfast, pool, wifi, gym. Everything looked clean enough. The staff was readily available and tries to help. Everything was as expected for hotel and for holiday inn.

Rented on two separate dates two different rooms both rooms smelt like the rug had been washed with a disgusting old sock or a bucket of dog washed water. The pool was freezing and dirty. I left a special night light in the room (my daughters) and never received a return call when I came back at the end of my vacation asked again three times. Barely an attempt Wouldn’t stay again over 300$ a night I could barely sleep from the stink; however it was sold out. Very close to the airport too bad but I suppose they could care less
