The front desk personnel were very helpful and friendly. The guest room floor was not that clean. There was food crumbs on the desk chair and under the desk. Location was perfect for our needs.

I gave this hotel a 1 for multiple reasons. The shower/bathroom had other people's hair, the 1 queen bed had really bad stains all over the fitted sheet, the night stand area was dirty. We go to breakfast, no potatoes, no milk, no butter, I asked the staff for the stuff was told no they didn't have it, went to front desk, she said they do but it was in storage. I asked why they wouldn't keep the breakfast area stocked knowing there was a concert in town. My over all impression was, they didn't want to put more food out and honestly could care less. I'm very disappointed, do not recommend this place and nor will I ever stay there again. We didn't get back to the room till after 1 am, otherwise I would have gone to a different hotel.

Room smelled bad and AC thermostat was broken
Room smelled like cooked cabbage. We had to go buy room freshener due to the odor. It was late when we got in, & it was fully booked so we decided to just sleep. The ac had to be controlled on the unit. The wall thermostat did not connect to it. It was turned in 60° and we figured out late that it was working. The water was hot and the pressure was adequate for my shower. The towels left white lint all over my body and hair.
