Front desk worker was rude and charged my card multiple times. Said it would be back on my card in a little while. Went back to desk hours later to inform her that isnā€™t how lodging works with that account and I wouldnā€™t have access to those funds for 30 days. When I reminded her she said it would be back on my card in a little while she said she never said that. Extremely rude!!

Reserved a room for three nights. They did not once come in for cleaning service or bring new towels. I had to go to The front desk to get clean towels. The bathroom was filthy. After I told them the bathroom needed cleaned, they still did not do any cleaning service.

Other than being a little noisy since it was right off the highway, and the outside looking a bit shabby, this was good for the price. The room was big and clean. It even had a kitchenette that we were not expecting. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The bed linens were dirty and used. There was peoples hair, fuzz from black clothes and food stains on pillows. Though we had the ac on, the room was incredibly warm and humid all night. There was no breakfast available at 6:30, the man who was late getting it ready was preparing food without gloves. And they had let fruit sit out overnight. We decided to leave without eating. We went to check out and no one was at the front desk, other guests must have been tired of waiting as their was other keys just thrown on the front desk! Right before we walked out someone ran out of a room to finally check us out.

I'll politely say that you get what you paid for or shouldn't pay for random, questionable stains on the blankets, walls, and bathroom. The towels were old and frayed. There were bugs that looked like fleas crawled everywhere.

Room was filthy. Gnats coming out of the bathroom sink drain and hoovering around drain holes - shower, toilet sink. Super dusty and cob webs in lamps. Ice cream in freezer. Dried food on floor along bed frame. Headboard dusty. I liked the nice selection of tv channels.
