The outside of the hotel was nice, and the surrounding area had good shopping and restaurants. Lobby area looked well-kept and clean. Our room was surface clean however the sofa and ottoman were nasty dirty. The wall behind the toilet looked as if they tried cleaning something off the wall but bleached the wallpaper in the process. The toilet handle was broken and looked like they did a makeshift fix on it. We got it to flush but it wasn't right. This is a bit picky, but I didn't like the show design. There was only a half wall of glass, so all the cold air come right into the shower and the bathroom floor got wet from the water splashing. I have stayed at several hotels in this area and this one ranks pretty low for me.

We were going to a concert at The Factory and the hotel was just on the other side of the highyway. Very convenient! Good breakfast from their bistro. Comfy bed and pillows. Great large shower!

Convenient Location, Exceptionally Clean!
It was great! Bed couldā€™ve been a little more comfy. Tapping noise started on headboard wall about 6:30 AM and continued for a full hourā€¦ā€¦ not sure what it was, otherwise a great place to stay! Convenient to restaurants and shopping. We were there for a concert at The Factory and is was literally a 5ā€ drive.

Spacious clean room
Just an overnight after a family get together. It was a little confusing entering the property because of the location. Upon entering the lobby, I waited a few minutes before I saw the button to press for service. After another few minutes, someone came from the bar and asked if I had been helped. After answering that I had not, he went to look for the desk clerk. When the clerk came out, she wasnā€™t the most friendly person but quickly got my card keys and instructed me to the elevator. The room was right next to the elevator and I was worried it might be a problem with noise but upon entering the room, it was set back from the elevator and very spacious. Room was very clean and comfortable. Nice size shower and comfortable bed. Very nice stay!
