You've been warned
I visited the front desk for maintenance issues twice in the first night of my stay. Nothing in the room worked right (Shower faucet, sink faucet, TV, iron, microwave, you name it). You only get room service if you fill out a form and rush down to the front desk before 8am to submit it. The room was dirty. The entire hotel smells like an old, condemned bar. The gym is terrible. The pool is the size of a hot tub. What else can I say? I've stayed in motels that were nicer.

The property description said there would be parking available. When we got there we were told to park across the street in public parking. Did not feel very safe leaving my car there overnight when I was expecting to be able to park on the property. The construction made it confusing for us and our uber drivers to find us. However, I know this is not the hotels fault and the staff was not aware of the description about parking that I saw when I made the reservation. Staff was super friendly and we felt very safe once we got into our hotel.

Stayed 1 night and the shower had no water pressure to even take a shower. Once in bed for the night during the quiet hours the room next door woke up with loud music and partying with drinking and recreational smoking. Took service desk about an hour and a half to resolve the situation.

The indoor pool was amazing, breakfast service was great and rooms were super clean. However check in was at 3 and our room wasn’t ready until almost 7, I understand delays but they couldn’t give an ETA and when I asked if they could call me when the room was ready they never did I finally had to call back and ask what was the status and then they finally said it was ready. Lack of communication was very frustrating but other than that staff was super friendly and overall good location :)

The bartender was awesome. The towels in the room were dirty and the room was freezing with no way to change temp. It was difficult to get there but they did have construction around them.
