Our stay at this hotel was a quick one, but the service at the front desk was quick and efficient. The room was very nice, clean and welcoming. I will say, the bed may need to be switched out as it was not the most comfortable, other than that I had no complaints. Having restaurants onsite and able to get a frappe in the morning was nice as well.

I was really hoping to like the hotel due to enjoying the casino but for last night being the first ever staying at the hotel was not a good experience. Checking in fine but the service afterwards was the greatest. There was no toilet paper or tissue in the room, called twice to the desk. I ended up walking to the lobby for the restroom because it took 30 minutes for someone to bring tissue and toilet paper to the room. The next morning the bathroom smelt like sewage which seemed to come from the shower. The room next door had an alarm going off for an hour, called the desk to let them know but the alarm was still going off after I checked out. Very disappointed and unfortunately won’t go back.

Hotel room was fine, however the casino bathrooms were a disaster and largely trashed and unkept. I know the casino has to contend with drunks and people drinking, but it should not be too hard to check on the bathrooms once an hour or so. Most of the food closes at 9 so no/not much food choices for late night unless you door dash/order something off the grounds. Not a huge deal but kind of annoying when pre-covid could at least some sort of sandwich or snack around the clock. If food and clean bathrooms, this would be one of my favorite places, both guests/players and casino staff are friendly and inviting.

Ask for Sam if you require assistance with your luggage, he is a credit to the hotel. The room we stayed in had some peeling paint, and was not in the greatest shape. The air conditioner made a weird liquid noise when shutting down. Certainly not worth what we paid per night for the room.
