Safety first and foremost !
We require a room free of feathers/down due to my wifes severe allergies to them. I put it in my requests always. We have stayed here many times. Have always requested no feathers, and have questioned some of our bedding at times. The people working here responsible for seeing this request happen have been more than adamant that they have no feathered pillows. This stay, there was at least one in our room, that did. We initially never inspected our pillows, because of their insistence on this issue. When we got back to the room from our evening event, we decided to check the pillows, to be on the safe side. Low and behold one was obviously featured. After checking the tag, it was confirmed. So we put that one and another one, that was questionable, outside our door. Informed the front desk of this. Besides this issue, we hadn't any other.

Moonrise works for what I need
This was not the first time I've stayed at Moonrise and it won't be the last. The location is perfect for me, being so close to museums and Forest Park, it is ideal. The hotel provided everything I needed, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly.

When I say this time when I stayed at this location witch mind you I've always loved, The morning staff was so rude..... I was rebooking my room and they said it was sold out. And treated me like I wasn't a regular and dont spend money with them at least twice a week, and despite of me using a third party im still a gold member and always reserved an upgrade witch I've never been overcharger for. And I explained that to them and they didnt care at all. So i guess you've lost an customer do to them being rude as hell.
