A/c didn’t work had a portable one in it with the vent going out the balcony door half open and duck taped up. Terrible experience I’ll never go back there and highly recommend using a different hotel asked 4 times about getting something different and every time was just a bull story

Rooms need fixed
My first room had no toilet seat. Was moved to a second room. Kitchen light was out shelf in the bathroom broken, missing wall piece in the shower. Closet door not on track. Shower wash not attached to the wall. The pool was freezing and the hot tub broken. All was reported to the front desk as we didn't want to move rooms again or be charged for damages that were already there

So many things in the room had been damaged or broken that we took pictures just to cover ourselves if we were charged for them. We were charged $15 a day for "data services" we didn't use though wifi was supposed to be included. Add on the $18/night parking fee and our bill was $70 more than what it was when we booked. Manager said he would look intothe data charge but we received no refund.

I wish I could find the card with the lady’s name on it!! She managed the front desk!! She was awesome. The whole staff was awesome!! Would stay there again. One suggestion…maybe more handicapped spaces.

Great landing place for downtown travels!
This was good hotel in a great location (close to downtown). The service was exceptional every staff member. They always made sure we had what we needed & were very professional. The room was clean, but had an odd smell & the carpet was wet, but did not affect our stay. Would recommend this hote!

I had a rough morning and Karniesha welcomed me with a glass of mimosa and she turned my day around! Erica was nice and greeted me with a smile the next morning at breakfast. Breakfast was good, I only ate the waffles and they were yummy!!

We did not get house keeping for Any of our stay. Your staff walked out in the middle of the day and we couldn't get into our room for hours because our keys no longer worked but there was nobody there to reprogram them!!! After being out in the heat and not being able to access my room for the air conditioner and to lay down and take my medicine is UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!! And I only got WEoffered a drink for my inconvenience!!!!! THE

Everyone quit
We arrived and the front desk staff had all quit so no one was able to check us in. We left to eat dinner, and when we returned there was an individual who was able to check us in. We got to our room and it was the wrong type - we had a party of 5 and the room had only one queen and a sleeper sofa. They brought a rollaway and we made it work. The ac in the room had leaked water all over the bedroom floor, but there were no other rooms available, so we had to wear shoes the whole time. It was pretty much a disastrous experience.

Breakfast was decent. Those are real waffles and they're tasty. However like any other hotel, I got a carton of milk and it had soured so always checked your carton. Wasn't too pleased that they were serving mimosas in the morning as people were leaving because those have alcohol in them so I don't like the idea of people going on the road while they have been drinking. They might want to stop that because it could be a liability if something happens. The officer asked them where did you get your alcohol? At the hotel. Not good. And my car got bumped several times so there are marks on it now on the bumper. People actually hit it and it had no marks on it before. It was 99° and the air conditioning worked great. I think the kitchen was about the best. Each suite has its own little kitchenette and it's very convenient.

We were traveling through and decided to stay here- super friendly staff! We did have to move rooms two times but the staff was absolutely incredible. Area is okay but I would drive and not walk around.

I stayed here for one night and booked a suite which was king bed and sofa bed and both the beds were really uncomfortable to sleep as I could feel the steel. Another thing to note is this property charges nightly parking fee even hotels.com say it’s free
