1. Upon entering the room it smelled of smoke-was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. 2. There were two very small pillows for double bed and had no “fluff” 3. There was no elevator and we were placed on upstair floor 4. Upon coming to room 2nd day could not get back into room and had to climb down and up stairs to get key fixed with no apologies from staff 5. Only one wash cloth for two guests

I was surprised by the obvious maintenance improvements. Wyndham's ownership shows. I didn't realize they owned Super 8. Pleasant stay.

Our check in experience was good, the gentleman at the counter was friendly. Other than that, the lobby smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. When we came in with our luggage there was a strong smell of weed. We didn’t say anything and just went straight to our room. Once inside the room, it was clean but our reservation was for 2 queen beds and we were given a room with 2 full beds. I was going to say something but when I went back out to the front it was a different worker and he was not as nice as the first one. There were also a lot of kids running around and I got the impression they weren’t guests but children of the workers. It was a very odd situation and we kinda felt uncomfortable but needed a place to stay for the night so we just stayed in room we were given. Will not be staying here again!!!
