It really wasn't great, I expected it to be much better. The room didn't seem very dirty but when I went to the bathroom I could see very nasty stuff in the sink drain, and one of the bathroom walls had stuff all over it. Then I went to bed and the duvet on the comforter had both makeup stains and I think food stains on it. The next morning when I went down for breakfast I waited to be seated for more than 5 minutes and saw no one. By the way this was at 10 minutes after 9:00 a.m. so I'm certain I wasn't too early or late for their breakfast offerings. I will say that the gentleman who worked behind the desk when I checked in was very polite and the man working the valet was also very cool. However I expected I'm nicer and cleaner experience for what it cost to stay there and I won't be coming back.

Great hotel but club room wasn’t open on the Sunday we arrived and Wi-Fi was not free which I think is a bit ridiculous for the caliber of the hotel itself. Otherwise excellent stay, beautiful rooms, and can’t beat proximity to Busch Stadium and Metrolink.

We stayed here to attend a Cardinals game. We wanted to stay close to the stadium. This was perfect! Walked out the door and crossed the street. The staff was welcoming and efficient. The room was very nice and clean. We had a room facing the stadium! Great place to stay in St Louis.

It felt like a cheap hotel with a luxury markup. Their shop had very few items. We were hoping to get some basic toiletries since our stay was unplanned and we had nothing. We were disappointed by the absence of items other hotels offer. Their valet service is lackluster, ran only by a single employee. We didn’t feel safe outside the hotel.
