The front desk people are kind but incompetent at taking care of the business. There is a lack of communication. Fees are charged without advance notification. You are only notified by email later of extra charges, but you are not told anything face-to-face.

There’s a lack of parking. At night time there are people walking around drunk and doing drugs and other things. The hotel entryway is beautiful, and the rooms are nice. Elevator is lacking, and when you exit the elevator, the floors are not nice. Is the rest of the place, it does stand to have some updates. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Hilton place that I’ve stayed, but I was not pleased with this stay.

Be prepared to walk if you don’t want to pay $55 a night of valet parking that is the only option the hotel gives you. I parked at Kiener plaza west garage which is a 15 minute walk from the hotel. There is no pool at this location. Be prepared to hear the staff fighting each other on 2 separate occasions security had to escort workers off site. The breakfast was ok nothing special. No storage, microwave, or coffee maker in rooms. I will book somewhere else next time

Once my initial Room (single tiny window, uncleaned Bathroom) was sorted and switched to one facing the Church & Library, everything was enjoyable. Great Breakfast. Helpful Staff. Cool Historic ‘curved’ Building, especially nice original Elevators!
