Vacation shell: high-quality, family-friendly, quiet, central, sauna, 6 pax+2 cabins

We have built in 2015 a detached house in a central but quiet location with upscale amenities.
It caters for families, couples or singles, the most beautiful holiday frame.
Relaxed living on 125 m² living space ensures a successful holiday. Three bedrooms with full beds give you a restful sleep. Your children are always welcome. Two travel cots for children is, of course, as well as two highchairs and a stool in every bathroom.

Should you even be too cool in the living room, you can do it comfortably in front of the fireplace.
They yearn for relaxation? Take one of your free evenings in order to switch off properly. Our sauna and emotional shower with colored light, music and starry sky provide relaxation "pure".

The large dining table can accommodate many activities. You bring your laptop? No Deal. We have a wireless internet connection and of course a power connector next to the table for you.

On warm summer evenings, you can sit for long periods in the evening sun on the terrace and the view in 'neighbor's garden' enjoy. Also, a visit to our village feast worth in the summer, every Thursday.

Schönes, modernes Haus für einen erholsamen Urlaub
Das Haus liegt schön gelegen, sodass man zu Fuß Richtung Südstrand, Tierpark und Einkaufen gehen kann. Zum Gosch läuft man ca. 40min, das haben wir mit Fahrrädern oder Auto verkürzt wegen der Kinder. Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Ehepaaren, der Oma und 2 kleinen Kindern da. Der Platz war großzügig, wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man hier ohne Probleme seine Zeit verbringen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, die Bäder mit tollen Duschen bestückt. Ideal für viele Personen. Die Küche hat auch alles, was man braucht, so gut ausgestattet war bisher noch keine Küche in einem Ferienhaus. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super und freundlich, Fragen wurden gerne beantwortet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wie schon letztes Jahr, war es perfekte Unterkunft uns. Dorf ist etwas ruhiger aber .it dem Fahrrad kann man alles locker erreichen. Unterkunft ist sehr schön u d die Sauna ist dsnn noch dasExtea.

Ein sehr komfortables Haus mit bestens ausgestatteter offener Küche. Im Garten ein Rasenstreifen, der gut geeignet ist für das Bocciaspiel. Kurzer Weg zum Rewe-Markt und zum Dorfzentrum. Wer in die Terme möchte, hat einen weiten Fußweg. Und für das Auto findet man beim Bad oft keinen Parkplatz. Tipp: kostenloses Parken in der Straße Achter de Dünen und dann 15 Minuten Fußweg durch das Wäldchen zum Bad.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wohl recht neu und sehr modern und angenehm eingerichtet. Die meisten Fenster haben feste Mückennetze, auf der Terrasse stehen zwei Strandkörbe, man kann dort schön essen und grillen - perfekt zum Entspannen. Viele Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen (10 min). Das Haus ist von der Straße etwas zurückgesetzt (ist nicht Nummer 60, sondern 60a), was angenehm ist. Am Haus direkt haben bis zu drei Autos Platz. Fahrrad-Verleihe gibt es jede Menge, man sollte aber rechtzeitig reservieren.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im ruhigeren Teil von SPO. Mit dem Fahrrad ist alles sehr gut erreichbar. Das Haus biete wirklich alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage in Dorf
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns warm empfangen und wir haben uns mit 3 Generationen unter einem Dach sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sauna funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Küche bietet alles notwendige. Auch an Kleinkinder ist gedacht. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist etwas kleiner und nicht so modern wie die zwei anderen eingerichtet, aber das ist auf den Bildern bereits zu erkennen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter lief reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Tolles Haus!
Wir waren rund um zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen. Ruhig und doch nicht weit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Auto braucht man hier nicht. Alles ist mit dem Rad erreichbar. 5 min von Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, Rossamann. 15 min zum nächsten Strand. 10 min zum Reitstall Reiten am Meer, 15 min zum Golfplatz. Kinderstuhl und Kinder Bett und sogar Bobbycar und Roller stehen für Kinder bereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Perfektes Haus für unsere 6 köpfige Familie!!!
Nach langer Anfahrt (950 km) wurden unsere Erwartungen an das Haus und die Umgebung nicht enttäuscht. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, schöne große und gut ausgestattete Küche mit Wohn-Essbereich, großzügige Bäder und einen großen Garten mit Sitzgruppe und Strandkorb. Auch fanden wir die Erreichbarkeit und schnelle Problemlösung der sehr netten Vermieter wunderbar. Die Lage war für uns optimal. Nicht im Trubel, gute Erreichbarkeit (zu Fuß) von Strand, Ortsmitte und den unterschiedlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Tolles großzügiges Ferienhaus
Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern, 4 und 7 Jahre) waren im Juni 2022 eine Woche zu Gast in dem Ferienhaus. Das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung, es verfügt über großzügig geschnittene Räume, einer tollen Ausstattung. Die Kinder haben nach einem Strandtag die Eckbadewanne geliebt. Gastronomie und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig. Kontakt zur Vermieterin war super, kurzfristige Rückfragen vor der Anreise wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir hatten einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Ruhig, komfortabel und doch gut gelegen für alle Aktivitäten.
Ruhige Lage in SPO-Dorf. Zu Fuß ist trotzdem alles in SPO Dorf in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Komfortable Ausstattung in allen Bereichen. Schöner Aussenbereich, Extra Möglichkeit zum sicheren Unterbringen von Fahrrädern. Vermieter waren erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Sehr empfehlenswert und wir werden es bei einem weiteren Besuch in SPO sicher wieder berücksichtigen.
