You will love this spacious detached apartment in prime location. There is a living space with pull out sofa bed, tv with Roku including Disney+, Amazon video, Apple tv, and Spectrum cable. Expandable dining table seats 2-4. Full size kitchen with plenty of storage. Bedroom features a king size memory foam bed, closet, ceiling fan, and a pool/spa view. Beautiful pool garage apartment
This property was perfect for my visit to the Old Southeast neighborhood. I am hoping for a return trip in the near future. Pool was an added bonus that I enjoyed with my grandkids.

We were staying shortly after hurricane Milton and we were nervous about going. We are so glad that we did. We enjoyed our stay and enjoyed staying at your house. Found this gem after finding my reservations on the beach couldn't be fulfilled. The alley leading back was busy with debris was distraction, The family was a little shy but Shadow was a good icebreaker. Would return if back to area.

Enjoyed our stay.
Love the area. Many parts of our stay were great. The unit could use a few more amenities such as glassware, comfortable chairs and attention to the coffee table in living room. Sleeping accommodations were quite comfortable. Also posted information about WiFi and instructions on tv use would have been helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay.

Anniversary trip
Very beautiful stay. Guest house was clean with all the conveniences. Location was great! Close to downtown restaurants and not far from the beaches. Bed was comfortable and area was quiet. Host was very accommodating.
